I had read some bad reviews that worried me at first- no need to worry. The location of the hotel couldn't be better- right beside Grand Central Station! Check in and check out was effortless. The employees were friendly, the wait staff in the bar was friendly and David, who was in charge of music was the best ever! We had a last night drink in the bar and he made it so fun we stayed for 2. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Excellent choice, the hotel staff is great and kind, next to the Gran station so you can move around the city pretty easy. Around the hotel is a little bit dirty but nothing out of this word, just normal big city issue

The rooms are spacious, a bit dated but clean and tidy. The place was ideal for train commute and the surrounding was great.

There was no hot water! It was pouring rain in NYC and we wanted a hot shower and were not able to take one. Also, there were limited towels and the towels that were there had a few small holes in them. However, it is a great location and pretty hotel.
