The hotel and room were nice enough. We asked for an extra blanket and pillow 3x by their texting service and never received either even though the response we got was someone was on the way. When we asked for washcloths from house keeping, she gave us 2 but explained they don't have enough for everyone. No coffee in-room so you have to use their market if you want something fast in the morning. The fees added to your reservation are supposed to include $15 credit per day for the market but not sure if that really worked out on the bill. In the end, we were charged $100 on top of our already paid-for booking.

Second time staying here and like it for convenience to Grand Central Station. Very clean room, comfortable bed. A few issues this time: room smelled quite musty, no washcloths in the bathroom and the shower curtain barely reached the tub rim so the floor was soaked after showering. Despite these, would stay there again.

The hotel is centrally located to walkable attractions. The noise level from the street was a problem for sleep. Alex at reception was unfriendly and rude but Eve was friendly and helpful. The carpet in the lobby area was filthy.

staff is always ready to attack you. very very agressive front desk. the manager was a nice person. but front desk people horrivle. i arrived 8:00pm after 18 hours flight witj my Son and room was not ready. the front desk ask me to live and come back 2 hrs later with not even an apology. in next day there were no water in the property we went to the tennis tournament without showering. everything was the worst experience i had specially with the price they charge

Love the location of hotel, but one too many crazies outside! Feels unsafe at night. Cleaning service wasn’t great, but the hotel is not dirty. Nice enough staff, maybe they are too “New York” for me. Shower pressure was horrendous! Liked our stay overall though!
