This is a very nice hotel with friendly staff. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Our only regret is we didn’t get to stay longer due to a very early flight

Our flight landed after midnight and this is one of the few hotels that still offered shuttle service at that hour. The hotel staff were welcoming and had some food to purchase options, even salad, at that hour. The room was clean, modern and comfortable. The bathroom was a bit small if two people wanted to access it at the same time. I look forward to my next stay there.

Only one of the three elevators was working my entire stay. There were events every day so that one elevator took forever and was always packed. There were parties on my floor, pizza boxes in the hallway.
And my room was a bit crusty. Could have used a bit of updating and a deeper clean. Front desk staff was excellent but seemed overworked. Restaurant staff was super nice. Shuttle drivers and front desk staff need to have better communication between each other instead of relying on guests to know their protocols, routes and schedule.

It was difficult to find the entrance to the parking lot. Out of 3 elevators, only 1 worked. Our room had no bureau or actual closet space for our clothes. I was never told that I had to pay $15 to park per day prior to booking. Due to a black tie charity, the adjoining room guests continued their loud party late into the night. However, our room smelled clean and was sanitary. The beds were very cozy even though we couldn't sleep due to our drunken neighbors.

No mention of the 15.00 a night parking when booking, like people are walking to the hotel. Only to find there is 1 working elevator my whole stay. Very disappointed the the Hyatt Regency had sub par bedding also.

We arrived at 10 PM and our room was not ready. The front desk person told me she was going to find the manager and she never came back. I was never offered any kind of compensation or offered to be walked to a different hotel. After waiting almost 30 minutes for the young lady to come back I just left and went to a different hotel. They definitely overbooked and didn’t have a solution.
