The least expensive stay I could find within 15min of Resorts World. It needs renovation but bed and bathroom felt clean. Service was good

I booked this property after seeing a rating of 4.0. I mistakenly thought that that was out of 5, but it’s out of 10. This is a completely rundown, filthy, poorly maintained hotel. I did not feel safe in the area. There were permanent residents hanging out outside who would otherwise be unhoused. That is great for those who need it and they may have been perfectly safe individuals, but when you pair that detail with the filth and run down condition of the property I chose to leave the room and forfeit what I paid, rather than stay in a questionable hotel. The curtains were falling down ceiling tiles were water stained. and the floors were grimy. Just to see, I wiped a wet wash cloth across the vinyl floor and you would not believe the dirt. The owner must know how bad the place is, because there’s a sign when you walk in warning you that there are no refunds allowed.

Motel in extreme disrepair. A good portion of the rooms are filled with people actually living there. Upon check-in front desk was reminding a resident they're not allowed to hang out outside their rooms as this isn't a residence & scares away customers. People hung out everywhere & blasting music out their open room windows. There was about a 1/2- 3/4 inch gap under my room door, pain peeling everywhere in the bathroom, vent fan almost falling out of the drop ceiling tiles, no phone in room, no trash cans in room. Only 2 very thin sheets on the bed so fortunately wasn't cold. Codes & health department really need to check this place out. Only good thing I can really say about the place is the desk clerk was very friendly.

When I booked at this property, I saw the rating was the four. I was thinking it was a 4 out of 5. It was a four out of 10. I felt unsafe both physically because of the people that were there as well as the filth. I ended up booking another hotel and just lost my money. It was not worth it to stay there. I am not a Primadonna, and I have stayed in very humble places, I wouldn’t put myself in this kind of danger. If I could leave a zero here instead of a one star, I would have.

You get what you pay for, room looked old.

There is no breakfast, got bit by a spider, a modern day version of a depression era flophouse. Caveat emptor

This property is dirty there is roaches in the room furniture has burn marks all around super outdated remote controls don’t work no hot water in the shower, but hot water in the faucet Everything is rusty in the room worse I have ever spent didn’t even get a good nights sleep, because it felt like someone was going to kick in my door and rob me no night latch to lock the door from within

Need to install gutters and proper downspouts.
