Jake's 58 Casino Hotel - Adult Only

Was a nice stay at a casino for the night Would recommend to frieds Price for the nigt was a bit expensive They could give better deals week days

Wanted to be close to friends and family. I realized a casino is attached to the hotel, but I quickly saw there was no concerns for the hotel. The room was not clean. Hairs in tub. Parking was horrendous. You have to contend with the casino patrons. Food wasn’t good either. I tale a few trips to NY and won’t be returning here.

I needed to get away for the night, and the built-in entertainment of a casino just made a lot of sense, not to mention it was among the lowest-priced hotels that night. So I went. It was about what I expected, all forms of Long Islander around, most not staying overnight. Parking lot was packed, casino was busy. I went up $100 on the slots but frittered it away. Oh well, it was house money anyway. Room was clean, shower redirection valve was strikingly old and tricky to get full blast up top, but the pressure was great once I got it to switch over, even up on the top floor. Staff were all nice, even the door guys later at night waved me thru after I went to my car. I thought I’d have to wait and get metal detected and all, but among the crowd at the entrance someone noticed my leaving and actually recognized me on the way back in, so that says something about their awareness as security guys, which is a good feeling lol. Restaurant was decent and not insanely overpriced, also good. Overall a nice little getaway for me. Is it Caesar’s Palace? No. But it’s a fun place to spend a night, as long as you don’t come up to your room wanting to kill yourself because you lost so much. Casino-lite and a decent hotel for not much money. I was entertained and would do this again.

Very good service and room was clean. Gave a free coffee card for the cafe. I chose to get a latte and was absolutely awful. The people making the drinks could care less.

We stay here when we visit my mother. We are not big gamblers, but the rooms are wonderful and the bed comfortable and large.

Overall experience was good. Some of the security personnel can get a bit rude, this was the reason for lower stars. The rest of the staff was amazing!

Good food

Pain having to stand in line to get into property to go to hotel then having to come back through again as we didn’t bring our luggage as signage was none ! So we went in first to see where we had to go. Prob wouldn’t stay again

The staff was accommodating, friendly and attentive. The food was great, restrooms were clean and the casino was lively and jumping

Parking was very hard. We had to walk so far a few times with multiple bags. We stayed for 3 nights

This is an old property and very outdated. The restaurant onsite served no breakfast food and the food they did serve was mediocre. And most of all, no microwave in the rooms were a deal breaker for me. I’ll never stay at this property again but I did give them a chance!

Aileen at the Front desk of Jake's 58 was fabulous. The hotel staff was attentive, courteous and dropped whatever they were doing when a customer approached them. They truly try and please their customers. I will be staying there again soon!!!

I DIDNT HAVE COLD WATER, WE GOT MOVED FROM ROMM 835 TO 919 BUT SAME ISSUE WITH THE WATER SO I WAS FORCED TO TAKE A SHOWER WITH HOT ,ALMOST BOILING WATER. NO GOOD.

It was a Beautiful stay, Great Hospitality & Wonderful Customer Service....

The bathroom was dirty.
