My boyfriend and I recently stayed at a hotel for a short getaway. While the room itself was comfortable and all the amenities inside worked perfectly, we did encounter a couple of inconveniences during our stay. The elevator was under maintenance, which meant taking the stairs every time—not ideal, especially with luggage. On top of that, the pool was also closed for maintenance, which was a bit of a letdown since we were looking forward to relaxing by the water. Despite those issues, the room was clean, cozy, and functional, so it wasn’t a total loss. The breakfast was great for the price we've got. Overall it was a nice stay.

The property is convenient to where I needed to be. Easy to access. The elevator was out of service, Ice Machine was also out of service. The plug for the shower/tub was pulled out.

We had 2 rooms with 3 people in each. Only had towels for 2 and they never brought up. Lobby bathroom was locked and since our toilet did not flush that was a problem. They would not give us the code. I filled out info ahead of time including picture of my ID and he made me do it all over. Terrible checkin

When we entered our room, the AC didn't work, the inside door handle came off in our hand, and the room smelled like smoke. When my husband went to the front desk, they came up and said the handle was missing a pin and they fiddled with the AC. We waited about a half hour, as staff suggested and the AC still wasn't working so we were given a new room. Our second room smelled like Indian food (which we like eating, but don't want a clean hotel room to smell like) and the the window was open when we arrived in the room because it didn't lock at all. We closed it's and went about our night, but it could've easily been opened from the outside.

Check-in was extremely disappointing. We used the online pre-arrival check-in feature. It was difficult to use. Then once we got to the hotel, there was only 1 person working at the desk helping a guest check-in. We were next in line. We waited at least 10 minutes before another individual appeared to help us (he had a shocked face when he saw the length of the line in the lobby at that time). Once that person started helping us, it took another 6-7 minutes to check-in so the online pre-arrival check-in was useless. Extremely disappointed.

The room is okay but there is paint all over everything. The bathroom door doesn’t lock. The phone doesn’t work. Barely two towels if you want to call them that. The toilet paper was almost done so I question how well the bathroom was cleaned beforehand. One trashcan the size of a gallon jug that I had To go onto a scavenger hunt for. I will never stay here again. I would recommend that no one does.

I booked a Handicap room king size bed. Walk in the room it’s not Handicap with was very hard for me especially in the bathroom. A full size bed for 2 people does not work. Bed was so uncomfortable you could feel the springs in the bed. Room was not cleaned very welcome. The elevator floor had stick down tiles that were coming up I tripped in the elevator. The breakfast the offer was terrible I would not feed it to my dogs. Will never stay in this hotel or any other hotels with this name.

Construction site next door and fenced off only one way in and out. Parking lot had lots of pots holes. ELEVATOR OUT OF SERVICE ENTIRE TIME!!! How could it not be repaired in the three days we were there. He gave no expectation as to when it was going to be repaired. Like we should just deal with it. There was nothing in the write up saying that elevator was inoperable. Staff was surly.

Horrible stay. Rude front staff and the elevator has been broken for weeks! They had cones blocking all of the handicapped lanes! All of the room keys not functioning Really ? This place is a dump. Don’t stay here

The property is in a alright enough location, it’s near many shops and restaurants in the area, however the sirens were frequent but that comes with the area. Otherwise the amenities were average at best, as the toilet in my bathroom had a leaky seal on the tank that would drip every flush so i used their bathrooms minimally outside of showers. The fan/AC system worked fine but smelled very musty when you were close to it. The elevator was out of order and walking my belongings and groceries to the 4th floor and back was not a favorable experience, especially with the strange smell in the stairwell. Would not recommend staying here for the time being
