Check-in was super easy once I got in. I literally was at the front desk for a second got my card which stripped up to the room.! Area seem safe. It’s around office buildings kinda in the back so not a lot of traffic which I like room comes with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash which is nice dove brand.

Overall such a great stay and the room was perfect. Only downside was that we extended our check out time until 1 pm instead of 11 am online and room service still came early to try to clean the room. After that we felt as if we were rushed cause even when we stepped out of our room to check out the lady was standing at our door and asked us again if we were checking out. Overall such a great experience though I would definitely book again.

The lobby is presentable. Staff was nice. But from the elevators and up it’s dirty! Elevators and hallway to the room smelled like urine. Carpet is stained, walls are dirty. Bathroom tub was clogging. Awful experience for a stay at a La Quinta property. The hotel needs serious deep cleaning/ renovations. Would never stay here again.

The hotel staff were welcoming and friendly. The hallway leading up to the rooms looks filthy. I don't think the room was cleaned thoroughly as I had someone's nail clippings on the nightstand other debris. The sofa and cough appeared dirty also. The location was perfect for me as it was close to restaurants and shopping.

This used to be my favorite place and go to when I travel to this area. It’s very obvious that this is not a corporate location and the owner doesn’t have any intention on keeping the property up. Filthy, disgusting parking lot, and breeze way, elevators are in need of repair and or updating, but they are also very dirty. The hallway carpeting is the worst I’ve ever seen in a hotel. This place has consistently declined in the last couple of years. I had another stay booked for next week, but just cancelled. Very disappointed.

The carpet is absolutely disgusting & dirty! The room smells, The hinges on the bathroom doors were so rusted that it was bubbling up & couldn’t get the door open it took 2 people it was rusted so bad, the shower curtain pole was also rusted and falling off the wall, the dirt & dusted was literally hanging off the lamp shades at least a 1/2 inch hanging down from the bottom of the shade, the dust was so thick I could see a layer of dirt all the way around the rooms crown molding, old popcorn ceilings, ice bucket had no liner, there were stains on the top comforter and the hallways have no air conditioning so it’s hot as heck as soon as you leave the room, on top of you can hear everything from outside though the closed windows, I would highly recommend avoiding staying here unless you’re into dirty nasty rooms, I didn’t even bring my bags in because i immediately wanted to leave but the hotel refused to give me a refund on the first night

Usually this hotel is way better than this. When I visit the area, I always stay there however this time, the room condition was bad. Bed sheets were not the cleanest, bathroom was dirty, and the carpet was not in good condition.
The staff is great (most not all). Breakfast options are few and the quality of food declined.

Carpets need an upgrade for sure.
Breakfast is ok, wish it had more selection on the eggs (only offer boiled eggs)

Room was nice and clean, some of the furniture was dated and the chair looked like it has seen better days. What made this stay not so good is their internet. Not the free internet but the one they use for their TV. Couldn't watch a single show or youtube videos without any interruptions.

First time we stayed at Quinta. Good sized room but the bathroom was oddly small in comparison. Requested room service but was told schedule was full so had to get towels from the front desk. Stayed 3 nights which I’m sorry to say will be our last.

I kind of got this hotel last minute. For the amount of money I paid, I was very disappointed. The room smelt like wet dog, there were multiple spiders that we caught throughout our stay, and our room was covered in dog hair (we did not have any animals with us). Just over all disappointing. I tired to get another hotel room at another hotel company but, unfortunately there were none available. Definitely will not be staying here again.
