The beds were amazing! Super comfortable! The staff was courteous and the hotel was nice. The location was amazing! You are right near everything for food, groceries, churches, movies, etc. We would love to stay here if in the area.

This hotel is well located..lots of restaurants..pretty quiet and clean. The coffee/tea bar wasn't good. Had to let the lady know..didn't put hot water..decaf coffee..new pot of coffee had so many grinds not sure a filter was used and waited for it over half an hour. The room was so cold (64f) it took forever to get to 72f by putting heat on. Hope breakfast is decent.

I attended a business conference and checked in late evening. Extremely exhausted from the conference from 9:30am-7:30 pm thinking I could get sound sleep, was just that (a thought)! Children banging on my room and people in the hallway at 3am, slamming doors and yelling and laughfing at the top of their voices was awful! The hotel was fithy. The elevators had sticky stuff on the floors. When we walked int he room, it appeared clean. The bathroom had what lloked like coffee or soda splashed all over the walls and ceiling. When I laid in the bed there appeared to be more brown splattered on the ceiling.

The desk clerk went looking for a cart for us for our luggage. Other places would say they are all being used, and have to carry our bags to the room. I am using a cane, would have to make half dozen trips. Wish I could remember his name.
