the room smelled very bad and musty moldy we rented 3 that night for our party of six only 1 of the rooms had towels we shared because staff said sorry, they had none. they gave us 2 worn out pool towels

We went to breakfast at 8:30, and they didn’t have any eggs out. The worker said that they ate them. Was very disappointed because it didn’t look busy at all, and they said they weren’t making anymore. Seemed very lazy in my opinion. The ac in our room also was frozen over so the carpet was soaking wet.

The hotel was very nice and staff were even nicer.

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. From the moment we checked in, the condition of the room was unacceptable. There was an overwhelming smell of mildew and mold that made the environment extremely uncomfortable and unhealthy. The odor was especially strong in the closet area, to the point where we could not even place our clothes inside. When we brought this issue to the attention of the staff, we were offered another room directly next to the original one. Unfortunately, the new room had the exact same unpleasant smell, as if it were lingering throughout that section of the hotel. This did nothing to resolve the issue. In addition to the foul odor, the amenities and service were subpar. There was only one small trash can in the bathroom, and no other place to dispose of trash in the room. We were told housekeeping only comes every three days, which is completely inadequate given the limited options for trash disposal. When we asked to speak with a manager, we were informed that no manager was available. We were essentially told our only options were to either stay and deal with the conditions or find another hotel—last minute—at a significantly higher cost. No effort was made to provide a refund, discount, or any kind of accommodation for the poor experience. This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve encountered. Front desk was great

When I went to check in the Customer Service was not all that great. The water pressure in the room was very low. You could not control the AC. It would come on for a little bit then go off. Did not call the room down. The outside lawn furniture was all cut up so you could not sit on it. And most of the breakfast items were out of stock. The lady making the breakfast was very nice and the morning attendant clerk was nice. Checking in at night was not the best.

It was a nice clean place, breakfast was awesome!

It was the worse experience I have EVER had with LaQuinta. Long story short. Switched rooms 3 times due to mold and mildew smell that was in the rooms. Plus the AC was not working properly. Had to buy an air purifier as well due to me being asthmatic. The third room smelled better but was still lacking in a lot of areas. Will. It recommend at all. Go stay somewhere else

Furniture in lobby area beautiful..Room had strong smell..spider web in corner 2light burned out trash behind sofa..air would not blow cold air all the time.

They had an indoor pool, but the door to access it was very rusty and difficult to open. Then the water in the pool had slightly milky color to it as if it had not been cleaned or had some strange chemical in it. They had a bar, but it was closed.

Walked in and no one was at the check in counter. Waited about 5 minutes before someone came to check us in. Our room was smelly, like mildew. Closet smelled even worse. Everything in the room felt damp. Would not recommend.

It could be more cleaner the pool was dirty and the smell when u walk in was horrible
