Room smelt like urine, pillow cases smelt like head sweat, phone did not work, TV did not work, no ice on 2nd floor, had to pay to park.

The smell of the hallway of property was not nice. It’s terrible. When we got in our room the toilet is dirty. The people there was very scary. Not recommend :(

Es el peor hotel en que he estado , prácticamente es una ratonera , te engancha con el precio pero el estacionamiento no está disponible y es más caro que la misma habitación, súper sucio no hacen los servicios de limpieza y cucarachas en la habitación

The bath room was disgusting. Felt like I needed a shower after I took a shower. I booked this because they had an outside pool, but it was just a big bird bath. Obviamente hasnt been cleaned in forever. Staff was friendly and the valet guy was too. There was construction but that didn't brother me as much as the dirty floors and the poor breakfast. Which you can barely call breakfast. Almost chemical "orange juice", rubber eggs, 2 cereals. They did have a waffle maker.
The location is nice though, walking distance to the Capitol and 6th Street is just a 10 minute walk.

First - $32 hours to park for 24-hours! This place is more run down than you would expect for the price. Has an old motel feel on the outside, and about the same on the inside. There have been no updates probably since the place was built. Beds were comfortable and sheets felt clean. AC had a flashing light that strobed on the ceiling all night, the door lock didn't work so the only thing locking the door was the worthless flip lock that was barely hanging on, our door had a gap at the top, bathroom had mildew growing on the ceiling, so we skipped showering and brushing our teeth. For one night it was doable, but we would have left and went somewhere else if we had planned to stay longer. Definitely would not recommend if your budget can afford staying somewhere else.

The bed didn’t have a mattress cover, it had stains and the springs were terrible so we kept rolling towards the middle. The sheets were ok. The coffee machine didn’t work. There were a few cockroaches, water pressure was low and it didn’t really heat up much. The hallways and room smelled like weed. You also have to pay for parking which was about $32 a day.
They did provide breakfast but we didn’t try it. The room and restroom was also very spacious. They had a micro-fridge which was a bit dirty but worked.

You have to pay a minimum of 32 dollars for parking and the rooms were half clean. Property is out of date as well and needs a lot of renovations

Close to the State building.
- The hotel is under construction/repair and they started working early in the morning. Very disturbing and loud/noisy!!! Not very clean.
