Me and my family have stayed at resort world over four times and love it every single time. For a family it is so convenient. There are lots of options. Things are walking distance pools are beautiful drinks and food are great. We love it. The whole hotel is extremely clean and beautiful. you wouldn’t even have to leave the resort if you didn’t want to.

I book a 2room at Las Vegas Hilton 16-17 when I arrive there they say one of my room were cancel and but the recipe show me I pay for 2 room and I wait there for an 1 hour and half and can’t not check in my room make me late to my dinner it was a worst experience I been in Vegas this there the third time this year to Vegas this is worst one

Hotel was gorgeous. It was the lack of knowledge of the customer service that bothered me. My credit card was charged multiple times when I had already been charged by hotel.com. I was also charged when I made drink purchases that were included with my stay. The constant charges are what stressed me out. I was refunded after several calls.

Property relatives new. Not luxury but neat. Front desk not warm or patient because they don’t tell how the vip perk work results it is nothing.
No coffee machine, no microwave in room and fridge not cooling.
No free coffee or tea or water in room.

Our stay was good but not great. Room cleaning wasn’t up to par. Always left same used glasses. We had to wash them. Checking out was unnecessarily difficult. Charges were put on my credit card that didn’t make sense. I had to reach out to my credit card provider.
The restaurants were good and the casino was as to be expected.

I like the property for the fact that it was new, however, I did miss certain amenities like a coffee machine and things of that sort. It seemed everything had some type of rice even water.

I arrived at the hotel at 1130 local time. Tried to check in. Hotel said Hotels.com cancelled my reservation which had been made 6 weeks prior. I would up paying 3 times as much as the original booking rate directly with the hotel. Hotels.com refused to reimburse me for the prepaid amount and has since not responded. Hotels.com sucks!!
