They did not clean the room and my reservation was for 2 days, that did bother me a lot.

It was over all a very good stay. There was a tab from a can on the floor near the bed. The bathtub faucet dripped. Other than that I was pleased with my stay. The person at the front desk was very kind and helpful!

When i checked in the room smelled like cigarette smoke. My daughter has asthma and this was a huge problem. There are smoking signs outside the facility but people were still smoking outside the main entrance. They refused to give me my money back. Never offered me another room or to even try and find a solution.

Staff was ready and attentive.
The building is old. Walls are "paper thin". I was able to hear everyone who came in and out of their room. I was able to hear the steps from the second floor. My room was close to the main street and was noisy from vehicles passing by and construction workers on the street were working at 5 am.

Not bad for the price. I would stay again but staff wasn’t helpful and didn’t offer any real solutions to problems. Owner needs to invest into this place and be willing to make some sacrifices. If he/she did so they would be much better off

We showed up and it looked like a rundown old dilapidated building. Nothing like the pictures. The room was disgusting not cleaned(lettuce and ketchup stuck to the nightstand). He said they were fully booked so we didn't ask for another room. We wanted to leave but we're way too tired to try and switch hotels. The pictures on the website were nothing like what it really was. The closet door was missing, the bed sounded like it was going to break. The floors and walls had grease all over them. We never leave bad reviews but this was the worst hotel I ever slept in.

The first room we got was not cleaned . The whole room smelled like cigarettes & the restroom sink had ashes from the cigarettes . Unfortunately we had to tell the front desk about the room . We got a new room & it was semi the same expect the sheets had holes & around the bed there was white stains on the floor . The door to enter the pool access was very hard to close & not to mention the towels only had 2 . AC didn’t work that much.

No nos pudimos quedar mi hija y yo en este hotel por qué todo estaba sucio y viejo para empezar, solo había una toalla y estaba sucia con pelos. Se escuchaba todo de los otros cuartos y afuera se estaban peleando. Así que no nos sentimos seguras y nos tuvimos que ir a otro hotel. Al menos no es conveniente si van con niños.

I have stayed at this property on several occasions, it used to be great a few years back, it’s went downhill in the past 5 years tremendously. The rooms have not been updated, bathroom facilities are old, slow draining sinks, toilets barely flush, no hangers, and our stay there were basically one set of washcloths for a family of 4 for 4 days. There are no vending machines, and they stopped continental breakfast, not even coffee in the lobby. I will say the staff are friendly and accommodating as much as they are able to, and the room is fairly spacious. Location is good and close to Disneyland.

I have never had a worse hotel experience than the one I had staying at this hotel! My family and I checked in late Saturday night after spending all day at Disney. We were excited to check in, eat, shower and sleep. Unfortunately none of those things happens as when we first entered the room we were hit with the most foul smell. After opening balcony door and allowing the room to air, I sat down to take off my shoes and instantly felt a wet carpet. It wasn’t just in one area or spot it was the WHOLE carpet which is probably what made the room smell so bad. As if all of that wasn’t bad enough a few minutes after being in the room we started to see cockroaches crawling on the wall! I couldn’t not believe it! After taking a video. I ran down stairs to inform the staff. They didn’t seem surprised but they were apologetic. In the end we did not feel safe or comfortable staying here and immediately left and found another hotel near by. Worst experience EVER!

Terrible. Dirty. Gross. There were stains all over the room. It had a weird gross smell. And there was obvious prostitution happening at midnight to 7am. Hotel was dead during the day. But midnight hits and it got real loud. We heard 3-4 men in the room next to us talking about the girl that they liked best. It made us feel very unsafe. Do not go here.
