Friendly staff, easy checkin. We were able to leave a baggage at the front desk before check-in and after checkout. They are going through a renovation but noises and dust was very minimal.

Very close to Union Station. Old hotel, in need of repair, but they seem to be working on it. Some oddities, like toilet paper roll weirdly mounted. Light switches not conveniently located. Sure has excellent location.

Excelent place for Amtrak train tourist, walking distance to any historical sihgtseeing in downtown of Los Angeles.
