Microtel Inn & Suites Odessa TX

The pool was green, which was just not a good site. The washer and dryer was out of order, all the equipment in the fitness room did not work

Well check in went great. Settled in our room, put drinks in the fridge, and headed out for sight seeing & dinner. Had a late night at senergy. Returned around midnight to find the elevator out of service. Had to climb steps to 3 rd floor with bags & things we hadn’t taken to the room yet. Get in the room to find out the fridge doesn’t work. Great! Wake up at 4am to doors slamming, and continued well into 8 am. Guess this is a hotel for the workers in the area. Great again… Getting things ready to check out and there was a bar from the bed sticking out. I caught my ankle on it and cut it. Ankle is swelling. I call front desk for staff she comes in tries to fix the bed. Tells me mngt will be in in 1/2 hr. I ask if elevator is working. Reply is no. Now I have to lug all my things back down 2 flights of steps with a sore ankle. Welp that was an hour ago. I have since had breakfast & no mngr. Figuring I’d get ice for the cooler since my drinks are hot now. Only to find out that ice machine on 1st floor is out. Traveling to another floor is not happening. This hotel needs some serious help! In whole I would never recommend it!

Shower was disgusting. There was absolutely no way it can be cleaned or has been cleaned from past guests. Floor was extremely slippery. Sink was insufficient.

A bit noisy but other than that the mall was walking distance and it’s nice it had a pool and it’s clean

Did not like the surprise charges and the general run down condition of the rooms. Staff was loud and kept interrupting when I tried to address the issue of the surprise extra charges.

I liked the area it’s located in it was quiet

Staff was very friendly and what ever I needed they were very assertive.

Cozy little place to stay.

First of all this is false advertisement. The room I picked clearly stated that it fitted 5 adults and showed two queen beds and a pull out couch. This was not the case. The couch wasn’t and there wasn’t enough room. Second we were there for a funeral and we had clothes to iron. We went downstairs to request an ironing board because we did not find one in our room. The person at the desk went to the back and the other worker asked us if we were sure there wasn’t one and then thought we didn’t here her when she told the other worker, “they must want to steal it”. 😡 not only that but then the worker followed us to the room. It was rude and accusing someone of something like and then making us feel dumb for asking when clearly we didn’t see one in our room. The breakfast was also very cold. Will not be returning.

Couldn’t get in the restroom the whole night till the next day. Since it locks by itself

Enjoyed the stay, good amenities and staff was friendly and professional.

Well, the rooms are tiny. Like a small bedroom with a bathroom. Room and property was clean tho. TV remote didn't work well.

Terrible place to stay! Guest are rude and very inconsiderate. The breakfast is not always available. Just overall bad a bad experience.

All handicapped parking spaces were taken but none of the vehicles had handicapped tags. Room was too hot and wasn’t cleaned properly, when I moved ottoman there was trash that wasn’t vacuumed

Great room very clean. Everyone should stay here. I will from now on thanks everybody that works for you.
