Room was clean and larger than normal, with large wall-mounted television. I would rate the breakfast just average. My room rate was attractive, probably because the motel is undergoing some remodeling.

The bathtub, toilet, fridge and room overall was very clean and had plenty of pillows and an extra set of bedding for the fold out couch. I love that I didn't have to ask for it! The housekeepers were super friendly and even pushed the elevator button for me when I was headed to the elevator with my bags. The front desk staff was very polite and made sure to tell me about the free breakfast hours and told me to let them know if I needed anything. Everytime I left and came back they greeted me and asked how my day was! Very nice hotel and very nice people!

Just came to Lawton Oklahoma to go ride Scott Mountain in the surrounding area and my motorcycle. And everybody at the hotel was nice and friendly.

Very spacious and clean will stand here again.

It was a great stay they were just starting some construction so it was a slight inconvenience of not being able to use another exit but I would stay again Forsure!

Someone sat in the hallway outside of my door talking on the phone loudly for hours. There was an inch and a half crack between the door and the floor so you could hear all movement from other rooms and the hallway. The staff was incredible and super friendly. The hotel was older but very comfortable.

Room Assignment: I arrived around 6:30 PM-7 PM, and I’m not sure if that’s why I was assigned the room farthest from the stairs and elevator. It’s hard to know whether that was the only Deluxe Single Room left or if there’s another reason behind it. Still, I truly hope it wasn’t because of my small stature, my less common ethnicity, or the fact that English isn’t my native language. Staff Friendliness: Most of the staff were very friendly — I truly appreciated it. However, I did feel that one staff member became increasingly curt the more I politely spoke to her or asked questions. It left me feeling a bit discouraged. Some Amenities: The hotel provides hot water near the dining area in the lobby, which I appreciated. However, it was missing one time and I was told that the pot was broken and that she needed to check with her manager. Later, when I followed up, she said the manager hadn’t answered the phone. After I explained that I needed hot water, she brought the pot back almost immediately. That confused me — I’m not sure how she could have returned with a working one so quickly. After using the hot water to eat instant noodles, I experienced some intestinal discomfort. I didn’t make the connection. But later, when I went to get more hot water to drink, I saw that it was brown with visible sediment. This made me nervous and concerned for my health, especially if it was the same water I had consumed earlier. I sincerely hope it doesn’t have any serious impact on my health.
