Every employee was very friendly and kind. The place was so clean from the casino to the rooms. I have stayed on the strip and downtown and here you were treated like a person not like just give me your money. This hotel will be my to go to when I visit again. Great reasonable prices for everything.
I can tell they care about their employees by the way they work as a team and how they treat their customers was outstanding. Thank you for making this a wonderful experience.

We had a great time staying at the Palace Station. The only thing I didn’t like was that the hotel didn’t offer complementary water for our hotel room other than that everything was great.

It was clean, peaceful and safe with a few dining options to choose from. Free parking was a perk and it was in the middle of everything you need.

This is a great place to stay. The location is great and the rooms are spacious and clean. We were disappointed this time because we arrived about midnight. The only dining venue available was the Brass Fork. We were ok with that as we’ve enjoyed eating there before. Last night, however, there was a 25 minute wait for a table. Needless to say, we went to bed hungry. (Not even room service is available after 11 pm).

Palace station is always good for a night or two- they have great restaurants, the theatre is top notch, the rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable. Sometimes there are little issues with drains, etc or forgotten soap in the bathroom but nothing that would stop us from staying there again.

I did not like the showers. The water pressure was dismal. In spite of what is being advertised on Expedia, there is no shuttle to the strip. This is the reason why we chose the Palace Station. We have a big truck and did not want to have to use it on the strip, but we did, and we were fine. It just cost us $40 more and we were hoping to avoid that.
