Palm Cove Motel

This place is very affordable, very clean, and lots of restaurant choices to choose from. West from the Motel is the beautiful Gulf waters, and to the East is the beautiful Tampa Bay waters. And so much to do and see maybe only half hour away around the place. It is like a Air BnB, but the staff is very pleasant to work with and helpful. Would go back in a heartbeat if ever in that area again!!!!

The room was extremely clean; communication via text was great.

We stay here every time we travel to Florida, very clean , staff is very attentive and helpful! This is the place to be & there are endless food spots near the location !

Unsafe location. Creeps hanging out in parking lot watching rooms. Waited for me to pull out and then immediately went to our room where my wife was alone and started knocking on the door repeatedly asking her to open the door. No motel management present so we had to call the police so we could load up our belongings and find another, safer place to stay the night.

I have stayed in 5-star hotels with bath sheets worth hundreds of dollars, I do not need your $5 bath mat and bath towels to take back to Texas with me. Went through my email chains and I recalled emailing them the night I checked in to let them know I need an iron and I need a bath mat. They emailed back and said bath mats are provided in the room. I emailed them and let them know there was no bath mat in room 3 the evening I checked in, so they emailed again and told me I can grab it from the clubhouse. I went the next day to the clubhouse, grabbed the iron and bath mat and enjoyed the rest of my 4 nights in the room (in spite of the very cramped quarters and the very low water toilet). They charged my credit card $50 on the night I checked in. If I stole your mat and towels, as you claim your "cleaning crew" says I did, wouldn't you have charged that $50 after I checked out 4 days later and not the day of check in? Rather than admitting their mistake of charging me $50 for the mat and towels that were clearly stolen by the guest prior to my stay, they continued to argue and accuse over email. Very shady establishment. DO NOT recommend.

Clean and fairly new. The property checks in daily via email to make sure you have everything that you need.

Nice place power went out because a duck tripped a transformer, but power was back on quickly, washer was broke down all week waiting on a part but offered to reimburse me if i went and did simewhere else, tv is Roku and streaming apps, we had a car hit the building and scared the life out of me driver had a seizure. Everyone was ok except buildingtook avhit. Would stsy again been exciting to say the least. Im Disabled and had to order out fir food and such bus stop on the other side of a busy 6 lane road. So that was an frightening experience.

Very misleading website, place was gross & covered in roaches, left immediately.

Tv did not work when i got there , breakers tripped in room 2 times.. They never got tv working in master.. It was clean and nice sized

Need to have real people available

The online check-in process is very confusing. There was no warning that we had to check in with an unknown site which looked like a scam because it didn't mention the motel name. The online checkin requires entering confidential credit card info and a photo of our ID. We did not receive the room passcode at 10 a.m. per their plan. It took several requests for entry code through text and chat....no phone call available. Finally received it just in time. The room was newly rehabbed but very tiny. I recommend avoiding this motel unless you like remote check in and small rooms!

Avoid at all costs! Make note that there is NO PERSON present at the motel to get you into your room. Instead you have to follow a convoluted set of instructions to get a code to open your room. I spent more than 2 hours trying to get someone to text me instructions to get into my PREPAID room after 6 hours of flying and driving. When I did not get a return text in a timely manner I drove around and found and booked a $150 room in a fleabag motel which I lost once they finally got me into my room. Tech is fine for some things but in my opinion, NOT motel management. Expedia needs to be explicit in their description of this place so so you can make a decisions on whether to book or not.

The check-in was terrible with no one on the property and the code not working it took approximately 20 minutes to get into our room after talking to multiple employees. There were no coffee pods for the Keurig, in fact there was a used one in the machine. The TV & Roku were unplugged and it wasn’t worth my time to try and figure it all out. The beds were nice though

Palm cove is a great motel. The rooms are very nice and clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful

Great cozy room, very clean and comfortable bed. Good location to shopping and restaurants. Very nice and quiet room. Nice TV and channel choices.
