Staff was amazing. After an early morning canceled flight we booked the hotel. 5 hours before check-in they still allowed us to get an airport shuttle, eat breakfast that morning (before having a room), and got us a room by the time we finished breakfast! Also scheduled us for a 4am shuttle back to the airport! What an amazing show of empathy and kindness after a terrible experience at the airport with our airline!

The linens were worn and stained. No actual bath in the tub-missing the stopper., but too slippery to take a shower.
Location good (close to a restaurant), very good staff and housekeeping My not working hair dryer was replaced quickly. Shuttle service outstanding.

This hotel is definitely dated. The hallways were very dingy, and there were holes punched out of my footstool and office chair. I also was able to listen to what seemed like a dance party in the room above me. There were other properties in the area at a similar price point that I will use next time.
