i did not go to the hotel myself i only booked the rooms for my coach drivers, they reported the hotel was nice and the parking was great for large vehicles. i have added the property to our preferred locations list to use whenever we transport in the area.

The Quality Inn Cromwell was a delightful stay. I was visitng a friend at the nearby university so the location was perfect; an easy 10 minute drive. The property itself was great, especially for the price. I was in a king room. The bed was comfortable, the ac was cold, shower hot and powerful, and most everything was in pretty good order and clean. The bathroom had some peeling and the chair next to the bed had a stain but nothing out of the ordinary and completely acceptable for the pricepoint. The staff was friendly and accommodating and allowed free late checkout. One issue is that the gym is not well equipped and the barbell came apart while in use which is very dangerous. Even so, the mere existence of a fitness center at this price point exceeds expectations and is perfectly suitable for some light cardio. Overall my stay at the Quality Inn Cromwell surpassed all expectations and for the price I don't see how you could beat it in this area.

The room was nice enough, but the AC unit sounded like a Harley being kickstarted, every time it cycled on. The TV system was hard to navigate, finally found a Movie button and they kept interrupting the movie for commercials and these ridiculous filler graphics that were just there to waste time. Also, every single light in the room was super bright, even the cool lights over the headboard need a dimmer switch.

The hotel did not look as advertised in the pictures. It was not clean, the room had tons of damage and bugs, the hotel smelled badly, the breakfast was very minimal and poor quality/dirty. We would NOT stay here again.

It was terrible. When I walked into the room that I was assigned, the carpet was soaked. She was gonna give me a choice between two rooms that were on the fourth floor and the elevators were not working. Both options were less than what I paid for they couldn’t clean the water out of the rug. Tried soaking it up with a few towels. The complementary breakfast was pathetic. They would not refund or discount my room, so I had to stay there. They did offer me another room for another time with all kinds of stipulations. Like I would go back there. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

The wallpaper was peeling off the wall in the bathroom, there were no lids for the coffee cups, they didn’t have any Splenda and the room smelled. We spent $150 for one night and this was just not to par.

The front office staff weee very helpful However, rooms were not cleaned despite reminding housekeeping to do so. I also had a $100 refundable deposit that was to be returned within a week and that has not yet happened. Not sure how to follow up on that .

Hotels.com rate this as a three star hotel they clearly misrepresented their ratings. I have immediately deleted my app after this and will never use them again.. Google reviews are worth the time. This property is rundown, moldy, smelly, dank, etc…. We did not feel safe there.. The staff was friendly and helpful, but that was not enough to redeem the experience.. we also feel the price was misrepresented dramatically as we paid $140 a night for our room when they Google going rate was in the 80s. For $80 I expect this for $140. This is not acceptable..

My room wasn't very clean, there was an artificial finger nail on the floor that someone had apparently lost. The wall in the bathroom was dirty and the furniture by the elevator had stains.
