Quality Inn Florence

The staff was helpful and nice. Great breakfast options. Would stay again.

It was okay. Nothing really within walking distance other than a convenience store. Hotel was showing sign of wear (wallpaper in bathroom pulling off, stained furniture in room, no screens on windows, etc.)

This is my review from staying at the hotel in Sep 2025. The good: the front desk guy was very professional and kind, the room’s bed was comfortable (8 out of 10), very good pillows (8 out of 10), the room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was clean and everything needed was there. The bad: the main building is separate from the lobby of the hotel, so my room was on the second floor without an elevator—that means I had to pull my luggage up the stairs and to my room. Also, the bathroom shower/tub faucet wasn’t working correctly. Tip: call the front desk and ask them to put you on the first floor if you want to avoid carrying your luggage up stairs. I would stay at this hotel again as long as I was booked on the first floor.

bathroom a little ran down, walls pant is really chipped up. older furniture- BEST beds I have every slept in!!! The floors really need to be swept in the rooms. the staff is amazing. Very nice breakfast

No air conditioner in the room really sucked. They have what they call a Light Show, but its not even close to a light show. Pretty lame.

The breakfast room attendants were superb: the young man working sunday 8/24, and the woman working monday 8/25, both did a great job. What I didnt like : no soap in the bathroom, had to go to front desk and ask for soap. Also, no towel bars to hang towels, or anything??!! Odd.

Great stay and a great breakfast

Friendly staff, clean facility. I was staying on the second floor in the back. The doors to the back of the main building were not in use so I had to walk around to the front every time I needed something, and my key card took 2-3 swipes before activating. Again, staff were kind and attentive, decent breakfast, and clean.

It was clean and quiet.

Ok stay

Why asked? We are locked out of the room, hotel key card worked only 1 time, hotel clerk trying to rekey 2 times, 4 hours passed—-still not open the door room#225.

The bed was comfy, the room was spacious and clean. The continental breakfast had a variety of options . Would definitely stay there again.

Check in was fast and easy. The room had a few issues. First I could see the stains in the chairs in the room. Wonder what went on that room. The "office" chair at the worktable was covered in hair, needed a pet roller and a vacuum. I saw where during the floor sweeping dust and hair balls were pushed into the corners and along the edge of the room. I noticed lime along the fixtures in the bathroom, needs to be replaced. I also noticed during the night the slamming doors from the other rooms was clearly heard in my room. Parking was tight for a full size pickup truck.

Bed was comfortable. Requested room facing trees rather than parking lot, no problem. Breakfast was delicious and the person working it was warm and welcoming.

I was informed i had a wheelchair accessable room when i got there. The attendant said it was probably the only king room left. I should have been informed on-line making my reservations. The room had a musty smell. It was late and didn’t want to ask to change rooms. I figured they would all smell the same. I expected the hotel to be more updated for the amount i was charged. I don’t plan on using Quality Inn in the future. Very disappointed

We enjoyed the location as it was exactly what we needed as a stop over on our trip down the Oregon coast. It was a short drive to the Heceta Head Lighthouse and the Sea Lion Caves, which was the reason for us staying over in Florence.
