Quality Inn Forrest City I-40

Everything with the hotel was good. The only complaint was trying to get to the hotel off of the street. Had to go through a gas station parking lot to get there.

Just ok. Breakfast was pretty much nonexistent.

There was blood on the comforter and hair and debris on the bathroom floor. The Neely remodeled room was nice, just need more effort on sanitation and cleaning.

Very nice and smooth check in. Rooms are nice. Looks like they have done some updates.

Adequate for the price

I was initially hesitant to stay here due to some recent reviews, but our experience turned out to be very positive. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hot breakfast. They offered a generous selection, including sausages, eggs, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit, oatmeal, waffles, a variety of juices, flavored water, hot beverages, cereal, yogurt, and more.

The room smelled strongly of bleach. It was very humid and damp in the room all night. Things had not been thoroughly cleaned and there was trash left on the bed.

Staff was friendly. Updated rooms

For an overnight stay, it was better than sleeping in a tent or youth hostel. Pros of stay--comfortable bed, shower had good water pressure and hot water, tge room was decorated nicely. Cons--trash in parking lot, floor in room was super dirty. 30 minutes of walking on floor in sock feet and socks were black. Refrigerator not working properly. Bathroom door handle was loose. Interior looked care worn. Phrase putting lipstick on a big comes to mind. If y'all are trying to upgrade do it right

The hotel staff were kind and helpful. The room was dirty. The floors had not been cleaned and turned white socks brown. The bedding was stained and on blanket was torn.

They did not have a room available, so I didn't check in. The front desk was very helpful.

I was cked in swiftly by Michael. He was very professional and polite. He gave me a down and out and then showed on a map how to get to room told me times for breakfast. Michael was fantastic rooms were freshly remodeled ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great and quite

The hotel is still being "updated" & has some decent features, but is still lacking. We were greeted at the front entrance with construction supplies sitting all around. The breakfast area is nice & the food was fairly good. As soon as we opened the door to our room, the floor felt gritty. The bathroom door had a bashed in spot. I took a pic & showed the front desk so they wouldn't think we did it. She was appreciative & said she would make a note of it. While the room had been freshly painted, they apparently didn't use people that cared much. Drips on the counter & the inset toilet paper holder had paint strokes. Both pictures on the wall were crooked & stuck so they couldn't be straightened. Of concern with my electrician husband was an expanded outlet plugged in behind the bed that the mattress hit everytime you got on or off the bed, causing the bedside lamps to flash on & off. Luckily, we were able to move the bed away from the wall. The outlet was quite loose. All in all, it wasn't the best & it wasn't the worst we've stayed in.

Good for a stop during a road trip

It was fine, somewhere to sleep for the night. Wouldn't have wanted to stay another night. Things were just a little gross, just felt dirty. Seemed not to be cleaned the best. The shower curtain was brown/moldy. Staff was friendly and breakfast was fine.

Has been remodeled and updated. There was some people that were awake through the night playing loud music and revving their vehicles but other than that was a decent breakfast and comfortable beds.

Personnel were very good. Breakfast was okay but basic.

Was enjoyable

I’d like my money refunded. We did not check in. We did not stay there. Boxes and construction material blocked the entrance. People who were not staying there were standing around and we could not pass through, not 1 car was in the parking lot. We could bot tell if they were open. No one answered the phone for us to cancel and we were not going to get out of the car. Scary. Unclean looking. Don’t want to stay at a place they are remodeling.
