We were spending the day in Holland, this hotel was close, but more affordable. They had laundry and breakfast. The pool and hot tub did have some green in them, but everything else was good.

Room was very clean. Pool area looked inviting but I forgot to pack my suit. Waffle machine for breakfast, hard boiled eggs and biscuits and gravy. I enjoyed a waffle.

It was good. Check if after 3 anywhere just sucks, because you don’t really get to use any of the amenities. The room was clean, tv was really small. People were friendly coffee was good

Bed was very comfortable. Top bed spread was very dirty. Shower curtain was dirty. Staff was nice. Exterior was not maintained well - I slipped on the very icy sidewalk and hurt my arm, and they did not salt the ice even after I showed them my injury.

The room at first looks clean but then you notice that the bed cover has stains. The bathroom had a missing heat lamp. The pillows had a smell to them.
I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

Staff are hard-working and kind. Rooms are clean and smell fresh. Things they cannot control… the grounds look abandoned- dead grass, dead/overgrown trees. The old stairwells smell musty and hallways smell better where they work hard to clean it. The rooms were fresh and clean. The breakfast was tasty and quick. I would stay again. My daughter will be at GVSU for 2 more yrs… its a reasonable price and a clean place to put your head with good people! Not to mention, we don’t have to drive home.
