The staff was very nice. Hopefully they will send my gloves that were left in the room (I think they fell behind the wood furniture). They did provide me with an extra blanket, as requested (THANK YOU).
The room was very expensive and I had a dirty was of tissues in my tissue box. I took a picture of if.

The room facilities are complete, but a little shabby. The air conditioner is a bit noisy, and the drainage of the room on the first floor is not smooth, but overall the room meets the price expectations and is economical.

The furniture was in very poor condition and the floor was very dirty. The positive aspects were the bathrooms was very clean, the water was hot, the bed was comfortable and the heat worked well.

The male staff that recieved us was very rude and crude! We wanted somewhere on the outskirts of DC because of the price and regretted not being thorough. Apparently customer service was no big deal for them but for me, it is EVERYTHING in the service industry.

First of all it was a classic motel (park in front), not a hotel. The property was almost entirely paved, other than the buildings. The receptionist was surly. The first room had a loud, high-pitched hum from the heater/fan that wouldn't stop. I complained and was reassigned another room. This room was clean but dingy. There was daylight showing between the door and the door frame. It was extremely BASIC. The toilet was so short, you had to bend down to reach it. The refrigerator cooled only weakly, never cold. We left after one night.

Very mediocre and not recommended unless its your last option. When checking in the person at the front desk took my ID then left for 5 minutes to go outside with me standing there without an explanation, which was very sketchy. People at the neighboring Red Roof Inn, despite signs saying otherwise, will come in and grab free breakfast. There was clearly an 'effort' to upgrade the facilities, but it is all surface level and the details are ignored. Molding around the room is cracked and my room had part of the ceiling cracking and mold spots. Its just not maintained and there seems to be little effort to improve it. I wouldn't be surprised if you stayed during spring and summer if insects were an issue.
