Property was really nice and decorated beautifully. My only issue was that the pool was out of order for most of my stay and all of the entertainment in the hotel shut down at 9pm which was really early.

They are professional, accommodating, knowledgeable, and respectful.,GM John Hammond ensured that everything ran smoothly and was available to resolve any issues that arised with our stay. This is an excellent crew and I suggest that they are all promoted and given raises in their pay.

Airport shuttle provided by the hotel was a hour wait at the airport. You need passes and passcodes to use certain facilities on the property. And they guard the breakfast area. Other than those things the hotel and the room are very nice

Hotel interior is dated with some loud decor. Hard to describe, but has a cheap feel to it. Our room needed some maintenance. The shower head leaked out the sides as much as it sprayed out. There were several lights flickering. Random popping noise coming from the wall behind our bed.

What a great priced hotel for convenience to DFW airport! Shuttle service was awesome as was the check in. The restaurant on site was beautiful and so well priced. Lots of activities at the hotel.

The front desk people were not very knowledge or helpful. They did not know when a manager would be available to discuss a double charge to my card and lied about there being a hold on my card. Once I finally was able to get a hold of the manager, she was very kind and fixed the issue immediately.

This hotel was very clean and nice, the beds were comfortable, the hot water in the shower was great, and the free breakfast buffet had a good variety of food. We enjoyed the air hockey and large floor chess games upstairs, as well as the indoor pool and hot tub. Overall a good place for the money!

Renovations were nice but imperfections were obvious. Staff very friendly and kind. Smell of the room was terrible. Smelled of cigarettes and a tad bit of mold. I am guessing the ceiling needs to be replaced. Was charged an extra $88 that still has not been accounted for.
