We enjoyed our 4 night stay here. Great deal including breakfast was a penny saver for us, not having to purchase breakfast every morning; HUGE PLUS! The room was nice, King bed, pull out couch, 2 TV's, Dove Shampoo and Conditioner built into the showers. If you want room service, you must request it. Pool hours are good 9am-10pm. It's in the heart of Hotel Circle and everything we did was within a 10 minute drive and we didn't have to pay for parking anywhere. We got to Misson Beach about 8:30am and got great free parking, spent a day in Old Town, Downtown, and Little Italy; rented motored bikes for $33 each in Old Town, got there about 10:30 and found a free parking center. Loved staying here, mini fridge, iron, microwave, 2 TV's, 2 rooms, air is cold, in both rooms, 2 elevators, Hit breakfast early or you will be waiting and they close promptly at 9am. The only downside was the day we left, I was walking down the hall (outside) on the 2nd floor and seen a cockroach running down the hall. 8.5 out of 10!

This hotel has a great layout. Our room was large with 2 rooms. I was able to listen to work meetings without waking the kids.

The hotel seems that have a good appeal, the rooms have all you need to have a good stay. The customer service from the reception is good. BUT it doesn't matter how good the hotel looks if the immediate smell of it is awful.... smell like broken pipes, like wet carpets and moho, I dont understand how they can pass the license. The carpets where really dirty, they need a good clean. As I write before, you have bed, desk, microwave and everything you need, but the smell doesnt let you enjoy your staying.

Booked my reservation in July for 8/30-9/5/23 and was not told that the hotel was closing for renovations on 9/10/23. Then on 9/3/2023 hotel placed a sign that said last day of operations would be 9/4/2023. A day before my last night of stay. Staff said quite time 10pm-5 am and it was all noise of construction, no housekeeping services for my 5 day stay. Checked out early due to the noise, lack of housekeeping and overall frustration. Not offered any reimbursement for the hotel closing early. Overall would not have recommended this hotel. Lack of communication of closing I would have stayed at another hotel.

When we checked in, we were told our level of room we booked was overbooked, so they were going to upgrade our room. When we went to the room, it was less than our original booking. They had no other rooms, so we had no choice but to stay here. The room smells wet. The walls are dirty. We are on the ground floor and the curtains have to be wedged together so they aren’t open for people to stay in. Now we find out the hotel’s last day of operation is tomorrow. They are closing for renovations. It’s a day too soon!

The property obviously was just taken over. It is run down, dirty, the security locks on each floor of the stairwell do not lock —leaving the property completely accessible to any one. Rooms are old and wall paper peeling off walls. No housekeeping unless you ask for it the day before. But you can carry your dirty towels through the hotel and exchange them at the front desk. They boast a gym -small room with a old tread mill and well worn small universal home work out station. Upon check in the ask you to sign a paper stating you won’t hold them accountable if you get covid in the hotel. If this is standard I wanted -I could have saved money and stayed at a motel 6 Ramada, apparently recently took over this property and put vinyl Ramada signs over the old quality inn signs and put bandaids over some things that desperately need attention/repair and opened for business as usual. This property is far from three star! I would give it a one star.

I found this place to be disgusting and the owners should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. The carpet looks like it has not been cleaned for decades. I was not even comfortable walking on the carpet in my socks, let alone my bare feet. The wifi would not work anywhere in the room other than right next to the door. I complained multiple times but when I asked for a refund, guess what...they claimed to have no record of me complaining! Well, if the person I complained to at front desk does not care about my concerns then of course he would not have made a record of it!! Honestly, don't even begin to waste your money at this cesspool of filth.

I chose this property for the morning continental breakfast. The images of the grounds look really upscale. And the lobby was. The rest of the grounds and the room where another story. The beds and pillows were so aged. The plumbing would not stop running. The wallpaper was stapled to the wall. And there were holes in the wall. Now for breakfast, it’s fair. Eggs, a waffle maker, and toast and bagels. The problem, is that it’s open for breakfast until 930. The staff starts taking items away at 9. So you better show up early. This property does not live up to the Ramada name.

Room's AC was gross smelling and made the room very humid. Once I turned that off and opened the window, the rooms smelled less and the issue was resolved. Also, there was human poop outside in the stairwell back corner the entire time during the stay, never cleaned up. Gross. Would definitely never stay here again. Please needs a full refurb.

Soiled and stinky room, breakfast below average and basics like butter or Marmelade were not available on several days. At check out, the staff member was not able to explain several bookings Taken from my credit card, became emotional and escalated the situation by calling security to have me and my two daughters removed from the premises! As a frequent traveler in many countries all over the world, this was by far the most unprofessional service I have ever witnessed … I would not wish anyone this nightmare.
