The hotel was very well cared for, and the staff was superior!
My husband and I were there a couple days for our Anniversary and had a great time!
Wanted to say a special thank you to the front desk staff, especially Ruby for being so kind
We will definitely be staying here again when we come back.

My stay here was amazing! The staff were very kind and had no issue with checking me in early as I arrived a bit earlier than expected. The room was super spacious and the views were amazing! I did order room service and it was really good! Pricey but good lol! I want to again apologize for my matcha spill in the lobby lol! Thank you all so much again for an amazing stay! Will be back again!

Literally one of the best hotels. The staff is amazing. The room is cozy and clean with amazing views. Bed is comfortable. The closet was so nice and big. I loved everything about my stay and would 100% be back.

The property is perfect for travelers especially those that are taking the Amtrak trains. Location is right across the MSG (Madison Square Garden) and Amtrak station so it’s perfect. Rooms are perfect!! Staff extremely welcoming!
