The reception staff were all very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The bed, including pillows, was comfortable and the shower was hot and powerful. Luggage storage was very useful and looked secure. Excellent tex-mex restaurant around the corner and the pizza take away a minute away was very nice indeed.

The chicken was really easy and the room is very spacious. North Capitol and Truxton Circle is not the best area of town, but there’s not much that can be done about that.

1. there is no card/room key to get in building. This building is on frontage Road meaning it’s not safe to be standing outside trying to put in a six digit code at night. On the first day the code that was given to me when I checked in no longer worked, when I woke up. When I spoke with the representative at the desk, they had to generate me another code and the next day that code didn’t work to get in the building. Keep in mind there are a lot of homeless people outside the building. There are a lot of males walking around and standing around outside the building. When I said something about the code not working the representative told me oh well depending on the weather sometimes the keypad doesn’t work. 2. I was charged $80 to check in one hr early, get into the room and there were dirty, used towels in the dryer that still had hair from the previous person. When you lay in the bed, it sound like the bed was cracking the refrigerator made this weird noise that sounded like water was leaking. The room definitely fail below expectations. I first day, after going into the room I wanted a refund because I didn’t comfortable, nor safe there. 3. On day three, we walked outside 4 cars next to the hotel parked on the street because there is no parking whatsoever for residence who are paying to stay windows were bust out of their vehicles. when you check in they ask you for your vehicle information but no designated parking Some type of refund should be provided.

The hotel is not in a great neighborhood. The room wasn't ready when I arrived at check in time, but they did give me another room pretty quickly. The hotel is fine in a pinch, the furniture is a bit tired and needs a refresh. There is nothing you want to walk to in this area. It doesn't really feel very safe.

Great stay here at Reside Noma and the staff was very friendly. The building is apartment style and very convenient for my long stay here as I get situated in the DC area. I enjoyed the amenities within the units that included a full kitchen complimented with the items required for using it. Also, a double stack washer and dryer that worked very well and was modern. The central a/c system worked great as well. The bed was comfortable and there was a noise maker machine should the outside noise be loud while sleeping. The gym is small but does have basic equipment for a pump. For groceries there is a Trader Joe's not too far of a walk. Up from there is Union Market which is a great gem in Noma. There technically is no parking for the building; however, I always managed to find parking around the street just make sure you read the signs. The bad...the immediate area of the building is littered with some homeless that may turn some people away from this place. The trick is to ignore them and continue walking to your destination and they'll leave you alone. Overall, enjoyed my stay.

The property was comfortable however the immediate surrounding vicinity left much to be desired. The liquor store nearby seemed to harbour homeless persons, loiterers and beggars. Also there was no area to pull into and pick up and drop off residents without blocking the flow of street traffic.

To begin with the fact that it was no vehicle parking was a big deal for me and it obviously wasn't pronounced enough during the reservation process for me to view it beforehand. The neighborhood killed me to a point I returned from my whereabouts and preferred to lock myself in the room. The staff and hotel was good, just the location was bad. I believe that if during the reservation process I would have made aware of the location I wouldn't pick this location.

This was very clean, well kept, exactly how it was described on the website, close to a meter station and bus stops. the ONLY downside was the liquor store on the corner that attracted lots of loitering close by and some homeless looking beggers that seemed permanent. was comfortable after dark and would not have wanted to be here if i was alone. other places close by but didnt have the loiterers..
