A bit noisy outside my window

Budget friendly hotel. The room was clean enough could use some sprucing up.

Staff was very helpful.

Wow...the choice of paint colors was very odd. Towels were laundered, but dirty looking. Otherwise it was clean enough.

The hotel is very clean! The owner was super nice and accommodating. My only complaint was my debit card would not work on the terminal, this caused stress for me and a delay in checking in. I then had to use the ATM in the front to get the cash which cost me an extra $5. Not happy about that

We got to this hotel and it was pretty evident it was low income housing. Shopping cart abandoned out front. The people living there all huddled by the door smoking cigarettes. All of the hotel rooms have doors that you open from the parking lot so we truly didn’t feel safe to even try to stay. This should be disclosed to families. Not sure why the hotel says “great for kids” I can’t even speak for the rooms because we paid for 1 night, got to the parking lot, and decided absolutely not and booked another hotel somewhere else. Maybe the stay would have been fine. Maybe the rooms are fine. Not worth it for my family.

People working there are nice, and easy to park. But the room was not clean. I see a lot of dust in my room.

We had a very good experience. The only thing that made things a little difficult for us is that the bed in the room was very high off the floor. For shorter people, like my wife, that made getting into and out of bed harder than it should.

Some of the furnishings are older but the rooms are always clean. My room was spacious, had a Keurig, a nice TV, and a new microwave and fridge. The property layout is convenient and the common areas and parking are well lit and on camera. There are vending machines and an ice machine convenient to the rooms. I plan to stay here whenever I’m in New Paltz.

Fifth time staying there for work in the area. It’s clean. It’s cheap. Fast Wi-Fi. Property is dated but very functional. Good AC and heat. They have a few vending machines. Restaurants are a 2 mile drive away.

Our experience was excellent! Our room was clean and comfortable, the beds were very comfortable and the shower had nice water pressure. The office personnel was very helpful with anything that we needed. Rodeway Inn was also centrally located for visiting family at the college, wandering and eating in New Paltz and kayaking!! All within 10 minutes!! We will definitely stay here again! Last but not least, the price was reasonable.

Property is quite and clean

It was ok. Could have been cleaner. Room smelled funny. Vending machine was pretty empty.

Our original room door would not lock. They moved us to another room quickly. Service was top par. Room clean and customer service top notch. I will be back as I have business in the area.

Bed was hard, rug was dirty, air conditioning emitted an offensive odor.

All the negative reviews.. idk why. I loved this place HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE . i can roll my wheelchair to my room and out the hotel. They were quick. Kind one guy asked me if i needa different room for my wheelchair. Honestly thats amazing he thought of that. It was really cold one night. And we called for a blanket. Boom they showed up super fast with a nice warm one. Less than 10min they wete there with it. Theres plenty of places to eat in the area so not having breakfast there is okay. The tvs currently have io digital cable. You can use an hdmi but you cannot cast from another device they said. Its okay we watched comedy central and were happy. Be kind to them and youll get it back. Love this place. Would totally stay again.
