I was staying with my girlfriend in the hotel room when we found a roach crawl under the bed so we went to the front desk to change rooms and they accepted. The next room was even worse with intense pee stains and sweat stains all over the bed, hair on the bed sheets and towels, patched holes in the wall that was fixed with a very sloppy job, white stains on the couch, broken air conditioner, cracked shower walls, broken wall outlets, cracked mirror, and very few immunities and towels in the bathroom. The rude staff that accused me of doing all of the stuff to their room. They raised their voice at me when I informed them of everything in the room when I remained in a very calm manor. Extremely unprofessional. I submitted my refund through Expedia and provided them with photographic evidence of the hotel room.

I checked in at 8pm and left for good at 11pm the girl at reception was nice and professional. But this spot is not that good! Graffiti in the closet. The mirror in the bathroom is shattered and burn marks all over the sink... it's just janky! I mean it was only $100 but still kind of gross

No a/c. Sheets were rough. Bare bones basics.

Poorly maintained property. Not worth the money, better to stay at a property off of ventura blvd.

Never again , they claimed to not have my reservation and told me that I had to call Expedia . But somehow found it and they had to manually put my info in. Rooms smelled like cigarettes and place looks run down

Pictures of the property are outdated. The room itself was not in good condition. At least it was functional so it made the stay bearable. The towels seemed clean but some hair could be spotted on some and also around the room. It definitely needs a refresh.

I am on a business tour with my company and the hotel is a perfect location with so many restaurants and convenience stores made it easy and pleasant, clean rooms and comfortable quiet as well.

awful experience, did not end up staying here after check out. there was dirty bed sheets , cigarette stains and burns absolutely everywhere in the room. black hairs all over the bed sheets as well as not a clean space …. took pictures of everything and i want a refund

It needs a facelift. It’s a room with a bed, bathroom and shower, tv and fridge. No blanket, just a light bed sheet cover. It was a cool winter night and the only way to keep warm was to crank up the room heat. The flooring is laminate and it needs to be replaced. The bathroom sink had no stopper and needed replacing. The price is right, and for a low budget overnight stop, it was as expected. Didn’t feel unsafe, but it needs some maintenance. It could be bumped up if they did work on it.

Don't let the price fool you, you're getting exactly what you pay for. The rooms are minimalist at best, no coffee maker or anything, and there are no blankets, shampoo or conditioner. When we checked in, the guy at the front desk tried to get a $20 security deposit from us on cash only- no card. The parking lot is incredibly narrow and cramped, and people regularly clog it up with parked cars. Avoid this place and pay the extra money, it'll be worth it.

The individual that helped us with check in did not seem to understand the questions we were asking and was very disengaged in the conversation. My booking was paid in full and he still tried to collect a large payment at check in. It was ultimately figured out, but was a very unprofessional experience to say the least. The room was decent, but very small in comparison to the photos and the floors needed to be swept and the shower had hair on the walls.

Over all good stay for a quick trip especially for New Year’s Eve. Nothing too fancy but does the job.

The place is run-down and dusty. There were bugs on the floor, blood stains ok the mattress, and parking was difficult.

The manager at the desk was very nice and accommodating as I got there 3 hours early, gave me an available room immediately. I'm sure he as to deal with a lot of shady characters.

There are large holes in the wall way on the 2nd floor - I also saw 2 roaches in my hotel room. The building is dilapidated and a hazard! Was very surprised by the roaches

Reserved through Expedia. You get what you’ve paid for. This place is rundown and German cockroaches infested. I had to kill multiple of them by pressing them with my finger. Can’t leave my bags on the ground because of the cockroaches and the laminate floors are not mopped and not even clean. No closet to hang your clothes. There is no comforter at all. The window blinds are loose and no blackout curtains at all. Their towels are not full sized more like hand towels. There are no hanging door knob notification for “do not disturb”. The attendant had to write out on a piece of paper, “Do Not Disturb” and use scotch tape just to try to satisfy my needs. The only thing going for them is the location. The location is ideal because you’re in the center of the Valley and it’s easy to get to places because of the freeway close by.

The hotel was so poor it was so what cleaned it was infested of roaches. We reserved 2 rooms and both rooms had all size of insects. It was a horrible stay. Left the lights on so we can see if they were roaches crawling it was disgusting.

This room looked NOTHING like the photos. Holes in EVERY wall, patched up holes w/o paint on half of them, graffiti on the trash can, a phone number on the bathroom wall like some truck stop, the bathroom door didn’t latch, there were burn marks on the mattress. The place smelled like an ash tray and I should probably get a tetanus shot after all the rusty bathroom trim I set my eyes on. Finally, the toilet seat was cracked. Sitting on the toilet seat will give your cheeks a pinch so hard it would rival smelling salts used for concussions. At the very least there were no roaches
