The hotel has a good location, beautiful scenery, friendly staff (especially the Filipino male receptionist - wonderful: always listened and guided us enthusiastically when I needed), the hotel has a car to take guests to tourist attractions every day.

This was the second time I stayed at this hotel. I find that the personnel are very friendly and answer your questions quickly. We were able to use the pool this time, which was absolutely wonderful. We also used the little grocery store in the lobby, which was well stocked.

Overall the stay was fine. We did have an issue with our first room and had to move to another. The biggest problem was the inability to properly converse with us. Neither the custodial staff nor the security guard could speak or understand us. Lastly, I had gone to get coffee in the gift shop and all they had was dark roast. I asked for the regular and the woman insisted it was the same. She was very rude about it.

Door wouldn’t open or lock the cylinder kept getting stuck or something. Bath tub would not drain when trying to shower, we later observed it was clogged with an excessive amount of hair. Room smelled mildewy. Staff was chill

On night of 5/1/25 at 11:30 pm my daughter was hungry, so I called down to the main desk and asked if anything was open to get a bite to eat and the person at the front desk said yes, that the Lite Bite was until12am, so my daughter and I walked down there, and the Lite Bite was closed. I asked the guy working the front desk why the Lite Bite was closed, he said the person must have gone on break, so I ask why they would go on break at 11:30 when they closed at 12am. The front desk guy was put out by this. I ask to have him find out where the person was that was working the Lite Bite was. He showed his disgust at having to get up and go look, he came back 2 minutes later and said they closed early. The person at the front desk was a short black-haired guy with a bread and mustache. I'm not happy about this! Tired of bad attitudes!!

I was only there for one night, but would definitely consider this hotel for a longer stay. Very close to Disney Springs by car; clean and comfortable room (maybe a little dated, but it looked like parts of our building had been updated somewhat recently); appreciated the microwave and fridge in the room, and though I didn't end up using the pool it looked very nice. The front desk staff were the only ones I interacted with, but they were very nice and friendly, ready to answer any questions I had or help however they could. Would absolutely stay here again, and the reasonable price made it a great one night crash pad between them parks.

You get what you pay for. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves one. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this hotel was nothing like the photos online. The lobby had a strange odor, and the front desk staff looked annoyed we were even there. Check-in took forever, and when we finally got to our room, it was filthy—hair in the shower, stains on the sheets, and what looked like mold on the ceiling.
The air conditioning barely worked, and the walls were paper thin. We could hear everything from the rooms next door, including a couple arguing at 2 AM. We requested a room change and were told they were “fully booked,” even though the parking lot was nearly empty.
The free breakfast? A few bruised apples, stale cereal, and watered-down coffee. No hot options, despite what the website claimed. We ended up leaving a day early because it just wasn’t worth it.
Save your money and stay somewhere else. This place needs a serious overhaul—physically and with their customer service.

Excellent value for price near Disney Springs. No parking or resort fee. Room had refrigerator, microwave, safe, iron and ironing board.
The only problems we had were not related to the hotel but its location. Loud concert until late into the night. And outrageous traffic. Hey, I'm told that that is just on the weekend. Spent 45 minutes in traffic from Disney springs less than 1 mile away.

First, the travel package did not include breakfast, so I purchased the breakfast option on the Expedia website during my reservation. However, upon arrival, I was informed that only a "grab-and-go" breakfast was available, not the buffet as expected. This was not specified on the website. My request for a refund was denied, and my family was not even permitted to dine in the restaurant.
Second, while the check-in clerk was polite and professional, other staff members seemed unhelpful and unwilling to assist, like they were doing a favor for providing basic information and service.
Third, the shower water had an unpleasant odor, like stagnant water, making showering an unpleasant experience.
Fourth, the room's noise insulation was poor; traffic noise disturbed my toddler's sleep.
