The area near this hotel seems a little sketchy but the staff was wonderful and the room was clean and recently updated. I'll definitely stay again if I have an early flight out of Eugene.

What you see on their advertisement, is not the whole story (the rest of the hotel is a greatly refurbished 1930ish motor hotel on old Hwy 99)… but the hotel facilities are clean, modern, and quiet. Everything works, and there are no flaws in paint or general fit and finish. A nice find!

Walls are paper thin. I could hear word for word the conversation between the couple in the room next to me. At 5:00am
They were not yelling, merely talking in normal voice levels.
Lighting in bathroom vanity area is horrible. No way to put on makeup and no other mirror or better lighting in room.

Parking for rooms in back was actually in the front, so if you had alot bags you would have to walk around the building each time.

Great place to stay in Eugene. I have been here before, but not since they have upgraded the place. Very nicely done! And I love having a full size refrigerator and a microwave. Will definitely stay here again!

The room was recently updated with some very nice touches.
The staff was friendly and grateful for our stay.
I would highly recommend stying in this location. It is close to shopping (within 7 miles) and a movie theater.
If we are ever in Eugene, we would chose this place over other's.
