The resort is lovely and the people were kind and helpful. Rooms were clean. But the best part was the surrounding nature. Trails, hikes, water sports, and just breathtaking views every where you look.

A wonderful resort with a gorgeous view of the Columbia River and surrounding mountains. Lots to do at the resort. We particularly enjoyed their 9-hole executive golf course.

So far, they still have me charged twice for this stay telling me the hotels.com booking hasn’t come through despite showing them the email from you. I’m about to go back to the front desk for the 3rd time. They keep telling me to come back. Giant spider in shower, no creamer nothing to stir coffee. Dead bugs under sink.

The resort is badly dated. I was shocked by the amount of towels and items left on the chairs in the front of the building, looking out at the mountains. I felt that we were nickel and dimmed throughout our stay. Everything has a charge: parking, resort fee, water bottles in the room, stuffed animal in the room. Hotel accommodating for early check in. Service at bkfst incredibly slow. I didn't feel that the staff were hospitable and felt several times that I was A nuisance. Zip line staff and bartenders were fantastic!

It's a beautiful location, and the lodge overall is a comfortable, nice place to spend some time, but they fail at the finer points for the price point. The room was dingy, smelled like dog, and the bed sagged terribly. The food was okay, but not what I would expect for nearly $40 an entree, and service was slow and lackluster. The pool was nice, but so full of people that it couldn't be enjoyed. The hot tub was supposed to be 18+ after 6 p.m., but clearly wasn't enforced so it was full of families (which is totally cool, but why have the rule?!). In general it just felt less polished than properties at comparable price points. That side, it's very relaxing and the "Backyard" area is really nice with spectacular views. It's clear they are very family-friendly, which is wonderful, but for what they charge I would expect more.

This hotel is interesting. It has great potential and the hotel itself is very nice, and beautiful with different outdoor activities but the area is huge and there is no map telling you where the restaurants, pool, fire pits , etc are and when you ask the staff none of them seemed to know either? The food was okay but it really was the staff that weren’t helpful on anything, they were nice but seemed to have no idea what was going on
