Sleep Inn & Suites Buffalo Airport

For the price, the hotel was ok and clean. I had to stay a night in Buffalo due to a flight cancellation and there was limited dining around and it felt very desolate on a Sunday night for a single traveler to be walking around. The noise from the connecting room (had Tv on all night) was also disturbing. Breakfast was available early in the morning and the shuttle was convenient and it was very close and easy to get to the airport.

This was a very disappointing stay. The mattress was horrible, it has outlived its useful life and needs to be replaced. I could feel every spring, it had no support, we sunk into the bed. The bed is a very important aspect of a hotel stay. Also, the rooms do not offer in room safes or a safety deposit box at the reception. Additionally, the WiFi was unpredictable and kept cutting out. We were also informed, upon check in, that housekeeping is only every three days. We were expecting a cleaned room upon returning to our room after a full day out on the third day. When we got back to our room it was not cleaned. So, for our four night say our room was never cleaned! Lastly, the front desk staff needs to be trained in customer service. For example, don’t tell a customer, “you’ll have to wait, I’ve got people on hold”. Instead say, “Please give me a minute, I’m assisting another guest who’s on the phone” On our departure day, the front desk clerk was asleep when I walked up, I stood there for a moment assuming he just had his head down. I had to say, “Hi. Good morning. I’m just checking out.”

The telephone in our room did not work. n This is a safety issue. We called the front desk on our cell phone and reported it to no avail. We asked to a wake up visit at 0300 but did not get one. Separately, the wall in the very nice shower was peeling.

Good stay

The place was sufficient for an overnight stay before a 6 am flight. They had a 4:30 breakfast time, which we couldn’t make because we left before it. Everything is compact - I wouldn’t stay there for my full vacation, but was fine for a night. It was nice and quiet and super crazy close to airport.

The mattress needs to be replaced and the pillows too.The shower floor was very slippery,not good for seniors.Not a place to stay long.

Check in service was not so friendly. Hallway to bedroom looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in days. Bed and pillows were comfortable but bathroom was very small and was in need of paint. Was disappointed that the sink was in the bedroom instead of the bathroom. Breakfast was good and the service there was good.

A really great value. We stayed two nights and the patrons and staff were really nice. The place was quiet even next to the airport. The second morning we heard two planes taking off and it was quite quiet; that was all and we spent many hours at the hotel.

It is very close to the airport and the shuttle and parking options are very convenient. The property and rooms are dated but clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Loved talking with staff in general. Very outgoing. Somethings might need some maintenance like bathroom shower doors, but overall, this is my favorite place to stay. And I will be back in August. Thank you.

We stayed just one night, had an early flight next day. This place is near the airport, offered shuttle service, breakfast is included and it starts at 4:30AM, which was perfect for us. The breakfast was good, had a lot of options. The staff on the front desk was friendly and our room was very clean. The check-in process was super fast, made it online, only had to stop at the front desk to get the room card and done...

Room was ok. The guests in the next room were loud.I could hear every word.
