Clean, quiet, staff and other residents very pleasant. Id definitely would stay again.

Friendly good professional. on my way to Mt. Washington, vermont was a restful halfway stop.

The staff were very nice; they were great. We had room 251 - DO NOT ACCEPT THIS ROOM. The suite must have been lived in prior to our stay - it was clean, including freshly steam cleaned carpets and couch - the couch and cushions were still wet. The stench in the room was absolutely DISGUSTING. Clearly someone had been a heavy smoker and had a bad dog odor in the room. We asked for another room but were told it was sold out. The smell was so bad that we slept with the windows and sliding porch door wide open. I can’t believe this room was rented out to people. People clearly live at the hotel; this was not an issue, but be ready for this environment. The hallways and elevator are run down, carpeting is pulled and easy to trip on, there is a moldy-smoky stench throughout. If you can afford another place, I would recommend looking elsewhere. I would never go back here. The only redeeming quality about the place the staff.

This is not just a hotel. The balconies are a clear sign that many people live there full time (one even had a stack of old tires on it). The hallway from the front office to the elevator had the dirtiest carpet I’ve ever seen that was all bunched in places. The rickety old elevator felt like it might not make it to the second floor. Our room seemed clean but was very dated/worn. Overall, it was not a place I was comfortable staying at, especially with my young daughter with me, so we went back down and checked right back out. The front desk person did not seem surprised, so this was clearly not the first time that had happened.

Staff was friendly. Hotel is run down, looks abandoned. Found 1 roach in our room.

The room was very nice. It was well designed, well furnished and well stocked. The bed was comfortable and nice linens. The public areas such as stairwells and hallways were dirty and needed daily cleaning.

Liked room rented was clean. Dislike hallway leading up to room was dirty. Also great shower pressure

Excellent customer service. Administration is top notch. Considerate, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The room was great, but having caring people managing the property makes all the difference. Great people. And great people make life great.

The worst place to stay! There was mud all over the kitchen area. We had to use a garbage can to fill up the toilet to be able to flush it. There was a smoke detector that beeped all night and the bed was hard as a rock. Plus no clean linens for the pull out bed, the lady at the desk was great though and found us some sheets that didn't fit but we made it work. We will never stay here again.

Its a calme place to stay. The services is good.

Very dated property. Staff was pleasant enough. Coffee was available 24/7. Nice location- close to everything but also quiet.

This place houses transitional living/long term etc. The property is poorly cleaned, poorly maintained. smells and is dirty. I would NEVER stay there again.

The hallway and room smelled!

We were able to check in early which meant the world to us since we traveled from 5 am. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The jetted tub was a GREAT surprise and thrilled us. I would highly recommend this location.

4floor shower pressure excellent. Clean room. Didn’t like laundry room. Not so clean. Hallway carpet needs some cleaning. Front desk staff is very helpful.

The room was not what I paid for. I keft and did not even stay overnight. I booked another room at the Doubletree fir less money than at Smart suites. The place was disgusting and i felt it was a homeless shelter. The room did not apoear anything as described in the photos online. I even got an upgraded room,which was horrible, broken chairs outside the window, holes in cabinet doors, filty. This is what i noticed in only 2 minutes of being in the room. I left and would never return.

This is a long trem SRO. It was clean and the staff nice, but the halls smelled of food
