Great hotel! Great customer service! Great location! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and will stay at the Sonder again. One wish is that their fitness center open earlier in the day.

Will never stay anywhere but Sonder again! Every employee was so kind and helpful. Building was beautiful, room was so clean and spacious, amenities as well! Rooftop was so beautiful, view of Hudson River and all the buildings in the financial district.

Excellent option if you’re not looking for a hotel. Quite spacious. A great view. The kitchenette was a bonus with a fridge and microwave/oven. It was noticeable that the appliances were of the highest quality. Great option when you have kids. It’s not cheap but it’s more affordable than the absurd prices for Manhattan hotels. I love NYC. I’ve been walking its streets since I was 16 but alas it’s no longer affordable.

Location is very good. Rooms are nice and clean (even if we had a cockroach in our room, but not a big issue). We had a technical problem in our room (linking water from the roof) and they changed immediately with other two, fine. A bit traffic noise from the window, but this Is NYC 😉

The space for our family of three is ample and we loved the washer dryer and kitchen. There are too many pieces of furniture in the lounge for the sofa bed to be left out. We had to do some heavy rearranging to make most of the tight space.
The surprise element was during our week long stay the room wasn't cleaned. I support this practice for a shorter stay but to pay $50 cleaning request in the middle of our stay seems excessive.
Staffs are helpful at the desk and I love the cupboard of requirements. I would stay there again but I have to mark down the cleanliness score because of the lack of house keeping.

Great place to stay in lower Manhattan! Very clean. Washer and dryer worked great—appreciated that Tide pods were provided. Rooftop terrace looks fun for next time when not raining. Loved the remote key on phone but it did not work consistently.

I had an excellent stay! The property was clean, well-maintained, and had great facilities. The area felt safe and was super convenient, especially with easy access to public transportation. The 1 train and 4/5 train were both nearby, making it really easy to get around the city. Perfect spot for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-connected place to stay.

Nice accommodations overall. However there was a terrible paint off gassing smell that left me with a headache and congestion when I woke up. Knowing what we know about paint off gassing and toxicity this room needed to have been aired out before it was rented. I don’t think it would be safe to stay there for multiple nights.
