Great stay overall! We really enjoyed our stay and didn’t mind that there wasn’t a concierge on-site. We loved having the small coffee bar in the lobby, which was a nice touch. The apartment was spacious and mostly very clean, except for the couch where we found a dirty plastic knife and a few crumbs. Other than that, everything else was spotless. The building does shake a bit when cars pass by, which feels a little odd, but it didn’t take away from our experience. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and I would absolutely come back next time!

Great location and easy instructions - any issues were sorted quickly. Lovely to have small pool on roof. Apartment not like photos - smaller and less room to move. Decor trying to be urban chic but just looked unfinished. Air con was difficult to get right & fans didn’t adjust speed. Cockroach in kitchen!!

It was very easily accessible . Tge rooms were very clean. Great water pressure in the showers. Pool on roof was a nice touch.

Being that most travelers arrive early or have to leave late because of plane schedules, there should be some way of providing storage for the luggage. Either in cooperation with the bar or a facility to accommodate the guest.

The rooms were spacious and the facility clean. The only issues were the low water pressure in the bathroom sinks and the thin walls. Overall great location for walking distance.

Great property! Canal and Rampart are a little nerve racking at night but I feel so safe in the hotel.

2 business associates had their own rooms and bathrooms. Kitchen was an added benefit

This Sonder was in a great location and very clean. It was walkable to the Superdome (~15 minutes) and right off Canal St. where there was a street car stop to get to Bourbon, the convention center, etc.! The lobby was a vibe, my only regret was not checking out the bar/coffee bar down there! Will be sure to try it next time!

Property was very unique and gorgeous. But…..no clean linens were on bed or clean towels when we arrived. Beds were not even made. There was random trash in floor. Dirty rags were in floor in kitchen and one of the bedrooms. The stovetop was dirty…had not been wiped off. The shampoo dispenser were empty. By this I mean, there were no bottles in them at all….. not just empty. Floors had not been swept. Dirt and dust were in floors. I am traveling with my son and his family which includes three small grandchildren. In several occasions my two year old grandbaby brought me things she had picked up off the floor that if she had swallowed could have seriously harmed her or constituted a trip to the ER. NOT cool. This establishment, in my opinion owes me a refund.

Through Travelocity, I tried to change my booking date. I was told that the manager of the location would need to change it. Travelocity, as well as myself contacted the apartments, but the manager was never available. Four days before the trip, Travelocity was told that the manager couldn't change the date! Very disappointed with this location! No customer service at all! I will make sure that I tell people to not visit this establishment!!

This property exceeded my expectations. You are downtown so it does come with some concerning things when you stay in any downtown area, parking was hard to come by and costly, but again to be expected for a busy area. The check-in process was the best part! Everything done in the app, loved this part!! Will be checking out other properties in the future!

We stayed for 4 nights in the 3 bedroom 2 bath. The location is excellent, just a 2 minute walk to bourbon street. The Apartment was great, fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed, comfortable beds, nice showers. A cute little coffe shop/ bar in the lobby with super nice staff. We were on the 1st floor which has one tiny window facing a building so our apartment got no light, if that is an issue for you I would request a different floor. The only thing that i would change would be the pool hours. Its closes at 8pm, it was still 97° degrees out at 10pm so the kids really wanted to cool off in the pool . There is no parking , we parked right across the street in a parking garage which was very expensive. A discount for hotel guests would be great but other than that we were very happy with our stay and would return.

the shower curtain was too short…1 of the rooms did not have a door knob…there were also issues accessing the locks, both to the property and the actual room

Likes - really clean and updated. Dislikes - bar downstairs was ill equipped, TV didn't connect to WiFi.

The Sonder property was a descent stay but probably would not be going back. The room had not been cleaned very well. There were items left from people who previously had stayed. We had a leak in master bath. Had to wait for maintenance to come because they did not have a safe in the room so didn’t feel comfortable allowing others in there while we were out. The “fix” for the leak was to caulk the area. This made it worse and by the next morning there was a lot more water all over master bath floor. Then the AC went out and it was extremely hot to sleep. Although they did allow us to switch room, it was an inconvenience to switch and give up time during our vacation to re pack. Move and unpack again. The bar was also not always open when it was supposed to be. The pool did not seem very clean the first couple of days and the was closed on our last day there when we had planned on laying out. Overall the stay was “ok” but would not go back there for another visit

The location was fantastic. The exposed brick inside asded to the charm of the old city. Having a washer and dryer was a bonus and very appreciated especially on a rainy day. The flooring is wood which is uneven and has big gaps that collect dirt. The rug in the living area was rather dirty and stained. The exposed shelving in the kitchen where the dishes were kept was dusty.

Great for a quick trip. Very easy to get in and nice rooms.

First impressions were that this an ok place. The pictures made the place look nicer than it actually was. The first night went ok. The next day, however we didn't fair so well. We were out for the day, and as New Orleans tends to have we had rain storm. Upon arriving at the hotel, we found the roof leaking all over our luggage and stuff that was in our bedroom. Of course, my husband called the number given, because there was no one on site, and no one was available, so the best they could do was to get us some extra towels to soak up the water. He then sent an email and was told they were sorry for the inconvenience, but nothing could be done. They emailed back asking for pictures, those were sent. Never heard anything for hours. We tried again to contact them by phone and was told that someone would come check on it within 16 hours. Someone did arrive after a 3rd phone call. She took pictures and brought us more towels. Our only options were to deal with it or find our own alternate place to stay, out of own pockets. We asked if we would receive any compensation for our trouble and we never heard from them again. This was the worst experience we have ever had at any hotel!
