Our room wasn't ready when we arrived at 4:15 pm, we had a concert at Luck Ranch to attend (for work) and the manager was able to put us in a temporary room to get ready and then had our room ready when we returned later that night. He was quick to help solve the problem.

We love staying at Sonesta Bee Cave. It is a very comfortable hotel with a nice bar/restaurant where we enjoy sitting outside to see the sunset in the evenings.
Also, we like that the hotel is in close proximity to other stores and restaurants to add to our stay.
