Don’t expect anything too fancy This is a very basic hotel Having said that it’s on the beach Minutes from some of the best restaurants in the area Super friendly and efficient staff (everyone). Clean well stocked rooms Excellent family rates We will be back very soon Keep up the good work

For a quick easy access hotel to the beach it's okay. I was expecting more of a Hilton experience and it just did not meet that standard. The breakfast was just a bagel bar with a few more options which I was underwhelming because at the time of booking it showed full breakfast. The room was nice size and clean but we couldn't open the sliding glass door. Guest services sent up a service tech and they had to use a significant amount of force to open the door. My brother in laws room a few rooms down did not have this issue. They did not clean my room the following day and I requested new towels, I was informed I had to bring my towels downstairs and exchange them. I've never had to do this at any of the other Hilton hotels I have visited. The benefit is your on the beach. If you want to stay in the pool area and just overlook the beach you can. Family friendly environment. Pet friendly and smoke free. Overall average. There are better options.

Staff is great and very helpful! Parking was not the best, but staff helped in accomdating us when parking was full.

The property has been painted and repaired from our last visit and is in great shape. The staff are friendly and want guests to have an enjoyable stay. We can wait until we can visit again.

This hotel was perfect for our quick stay. The rooms were so spacious & clean.

The oceanfront view was great! Bed was very comfortable. Alfredo at the front desk was the most accommodating/friendliest employee I met:) Not what I expect from a Hilton, however… Broken TV, no housekeeping (even after I asked), hazardous parking, even though breakfast is extremely basic it would seem better if it wasn’t in such a dismal room! Very disappointed overall.

Pool area n beach no parking space not good

What a horrible experience. We booked through Orbitz in April we needed to change the date of our booking so Orbitz do so. We had booked two rooms for 10 people. Get to the hotel to check in and I’m told we only had one room I tried to show the lady believe her name is Kim the booking info and she told me so rudely I’m telling you what I see you only have one room I don’t know what to tell you. So I called Orbitz and spoke to a representative and they confirmed that both rooms where booked and that I already paid for both rooms in total and that I also had paid the extra mo to move my original date to the new one. Orbitz called the hotel to find out what was going on and the lady told him I only had one room she looked up my name further and said I had a room booked for the 10th-12th of June that I didn’t show up for( originally the dates that where supposed to be changed) the man from Orbitz informed her that those dates where changed and that they had noted in their system that they spoke to someone at their hotel while changing the dates to confirm that we could change them and that the person they spoke to confirmed that it was changed. They where then told well I don’t know who you spoke to but it wasn’t done we have no information but for the one room. They had no other rooms that we could have that would fit the other half of my party so that Orbitz could keep us at the same hotel. This mishap was not on me or Orbitz but of the hotel and they refused to refun

Construction going on so no parking. Room itself was ok overall. Bathrooms had mold on walls and curtain and need replaced. Staff was short staffed but trying their best.

Great location, clean room and comfortable bed.

It’s nice that the Hotel is right on the Beach. Our Room was a Oceanview Balcony on the 4 th Floor. Sadly instead of enjoying a sunrise on the Balcony we had to stay inside keeping the door shut because of the stench of Smoke and Skunk Pot smell that filled the air. The pool was dirty. Not what we expected from a Hilton property!

Clean, comfortable, and safe. A little loud dbecause of construction, but they moved pur room. Its not a 4 or 5 star hotel, but 5 star for friendly staff and comfy bed/room.

The property was very well-maintained. The room was very clean. And the staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very basic hotel. Very simple breakfast only bagels & cereal. No coffee maker in the room either.

Check in was quick and easy as well as very nice staff members. The ladies at the front desk were very sweet. The rooms were clean & the beds were comfortable!
