We cannot say enough positive things about our recent stay. They were so accommodating to our group of 12. Every staff member was kind & patient to meet our needs, from the parking, transportation suggestions, storing our luggage, restaurant suggestions & good breakfast it was a great stay! Thank you!

The staff was very pleasant to interact with. The facility was safe and they take EXTRA precaution by having to use your key card in order to access the elevator & the building after certain hours. I enjoyed the breakfast as well. A great place to stay.

We had a wonderful time here the staff very pleasant, friendly, informational, courteous our room is very clean. You may have to see some riffraff on the outside, but on the inside excellent.

In general the stay was ok/ fine. The staff was slow in addressing customers' needs. It took a good while to wait for getting the room keys. Please make improvements on customer services. Thanks.

Cockroaches in the room. You also have to park a block away from the hotel. It’s “self packing” but the lot they have you parking is $20 for overnight but since you booked at the hotel, the hotel pays it but charges you double! It actually also smells like the hotel has been cleaned with a dirty rag. So for a two night stay not only did we pay in full when we got there but they charge you another $94 from your “incidentals” for parking and tax. Normally you get your incidental back in full after check out but it also takes them 4+ days to return it back.
Overall WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.

I’d like to give a honest review, but I was actually truly disappointed. The staff is 100% beautiful truly nice staff. On the other hand, the building at night time. I’m so upset. I had to pay an extra $20 for the parking I didn’t read the fine print. And the garbage cans are right outside, so it was stinky.. and on top of that when we got inside our room, it smelled completely like urine. We kept trying to not even think about the smell because by the time we checked in, it was really late at night, so there was little to nothing that we were able to do.. but truly the room smelled completely like urine. Honest review I wouldn’t come here again. I’d probably try a different location and read the fine print. But like I said again, the staff was truly nice very beautiful, but the hotel itself was devastating.

Very nice rooftop area for lounging the room was very nice and clean, the bed was very comfortable. The lobby was nice, we was able to have drinks at the bar after coming back from dinner

Good location, pretty close to anything you want to do without being in the middle of a busy area. Floors in the room were very dirty. Food ran out at breakfast quickly and was not replenished.
