The place was noisy with kids until about 11:30 PM running up and down the halls. The room had a microwave and a fridge and a coffee maker. The water pressure was good and there was ample hot water. The mattress was so old and saggy that I could feel the springs. Made for a unrestful sleep. Breakfast was available, very continental. Packaged cereal and tiny muffins. Fruit juices and coffee.

This was the absolute worst place EVER! We had a room on the bottom floor. The ice machine sounded like a machine gun, the side door sounded like a bomb every time it closed. I thought for sure there was 12 kids upstairs with all the running. Turns out, families live here as their home. Ummm what? The bathroom was the size of a walk in shower. I have no idea how they fit a bathtub in there. The toilet was so short i thought for sure i was back in preschool. The hallways smelled like stale cigarettes and our non smoking room smelled like it too. The bedding smelled like cat pee. Absolutly disgusting. The pool? The pool isnt even in the same hotel. You have to go across the way to the next hotel and check in with them so they can look you up and then you in THEIR pool. That information is important up front. We got no sleep because of the ice machine, the door, and the family living upstairs withe their 12 kids. The second and third bed? That was practically a futon matress on metal bars. Their breakfast was a joke! Cereal and toast lol. I have no idea what about this room classifies it as a suit, but the entire experience was so horrible i booked a new room at different hotel and we check out the next morning on our way to Silverwood. There was no way i was going to stay all 3 nights here. We had a wonderful experience at the Ramada for the same price!

I had stayed several times with no problems before. There are new owners who changed the dog allowed restrictions without fully notifying web sites. At arrival i find out that my dog who had stayed prevously with no issues is not allowed. The site staff was very apologetic and did their best to help. The manager was Not helpful and i had to make last minute hotel arrangements. Not going back with those bosses

Staff was nice but the 1st room we checked in to smelled bad and the AC blew out smelly/lukewarm air. The front desk agent said there was only 1 other room to move to so we moved right next door. This room was sketchy at best. Chips in paint, everything felt grimey and a not well cared for. I wasnt expecting much for the rate/a super 8 but i had stayed at this same hotel a year ago and that experience/room was better than this one. We just needed a place to nap on our long trip but i dont think I'd choose to stay here again.

You get what you pay for. Hair in sheets and a stain on the sheets. Floor grubby. Very old, pool is in another building next door.

The staff there was awesome Kathy went above and beyond to accommodate us. It's the property itself that's the problem. Rooms have mold/midew smell mixed with pet. The breakfast was a joke. The pool is on a completely different building as well as laundry facility. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because of the crew.

My family and I were passing by and needed a place to stay the night. We booked a room with a queen bed and a bunk bed for our kids. The first issue was with the reservation, we booked online and checked-in online as well to avoid front-desk time, but still ended up having to do the whole check-in process because there was supposedly an issue with out credit card. We got our room key and walking the hallway to it we noticed the rug carpet was filthy and the area smelled like cigarette smoke. DISGUSTING! Entering our room was truly disappointing! - The room smelled MUSTYYYY ! . The carpet looked like it hasn't been cleaned or changed in decades, bed sheets looked clean but upon inspection looked like they hadn't been changed. The bunk bed was flimsy and noisy with minimal movement. But here comes the worse part.- The kids bunk bed also appeared clean but the sheets were clearly dirty and slept on since we found cookie crumbs in between the sheets and comforter. Totally unacceptable!. Super 8 needs to step up their game and actually care about their customers. Have some dignity and provide clean rooms for families!

While this property wasn’t the worst we’ve stayed at, it wasn’t great either. The room and bedding seemed clean, but overall very uncomfortable, outdated, and dingy. The walls had stuff on them and the caulking was nasty. No fan in the bathroom so everything stays wet for a while, which is likely the cause of the mold. It definitely wouldn’t be the kind of place we’d seek out next time we’re in town.

The room was clean and equipped. The mattress was not good at all. The springs where broke down with low spots in the mattress. Should have been replaced long ago. The shower head needed a lot of attention. Replaced or taken off and decalcified long ago. Water going in every direction. The fact that I could have saved 50 dollars on the price of the room, if I had reserved it a week earlier, is very upsetting. Just because of the Hoop Fest, you feel you can over charge for your rooms, is not only offensive but greedy.
