Jess made sure that I am well taken cared of while waiting for my room to get ready. Also, the room attendants are very friendly and makes sure that every one at the lobby have been helped besides dealing with their busy errands and everyones luggages. oh! and amazed… this is one of the few hotels that still gives out slippers… 👏👏👏

Check in early paid for at 11:30 am got us into our room at 2:30 pm! Paying $26 dollars for early checkin for 30 minutes sooner...NOT worth it! Other than that, perfect hotel in great location

The room was beautiful and very clean. The location is excellent—within walking distance to the waterfront and major attractions. Staff were extremely friendly, and the restaurant breakfast was convenient and delicious. We would gladly stay here again!

I didn't like the fact there was not a real gift shop in the hotel. Some of your staff didn't know answers to my questions. The restaurant staff was great along with your valet attendants!. Bed too soft and felt worn out which acted up my back pain. I rarely write a bad review, however, for the price we paid, i expected excellent customer service.

Well the hot water was broken on our first night and wasnt fixed till the following morning so that was unfortunate. There was also no mention of the parking garage directly outside our window. Car alarms went off throughout the night and city trash collection started at 5am in the alley behind the hotel in between the garage and hotel disturbing our sleep on the second night.
