It was the best hotel with resonable price I have been in U.S.

Beautiful property. There were a few things that could’ve been updated but overall we had a nice stay. It was very clean and quiet. The staff was wonderful.

Location close to bigger cities but out of the stress of traffic. Accommodations pleasant and comfortable.

My Daughter and I just needed some fun time and a little R&R the Hotels decor was stunning We used the pool hot tub and sauna then had a great dinner and used the game room which was so much fun we had a great breakfast buffet in the morning and can’t wait for another visit here in the future

Room was clean and comfortable

An attractive hotel in poor condition with terrible service! When we arrived, the elevator was out of order. No one offered to help with our bags, so my husband, 75 and with health issues, had to carry a very heavy bag up the stairs. (The elevator was never repaired. The vending machines were also out of order.) After unpacking in our room, we discovered our heater/AC wasn't working, either. There was no one on site who could fix it, so we had to repack and move all our belongings to another room. The next day, although we had left our room by 10 a.m. without a Do Not Disturb sign, we came back at night to find the promised "daily" room service maids had never entered our room. We had to go down for towels and coffee at the desk. Finally, when we checked out (carrying our own bags down the stairs), I said I thought we were due some concession on the price. I was assured it would be discussed with management. Days later, I was told it was still "in process." No one ever got back to us. It's a shame such a nice hotel is run by such careless and unresponsive management!

Stayed for just the night for an event in rm. 143. Loud steps and banging until around 12:30am. Room appeared clean but the real treat was finding lice in our hair 2 days later.

It is a beautiful spacious hotel. The staff is very friendly and housekeeping was excellent.

Always a good experience at this location.

The staff was excellent. However, very few of the outlets in our room (151) worked. This presented great difficulty in 1. A c-pap machine required for sleeping. We weren't able to use it, because the ourlets bedside didn't work. This could have resulted in health difficulties. 2. We could only charge phones in the bathroom because that was the only outlet that worked consistantly. In the restaurant, we waited for over an hour for food after we had ordered.

Overall good and i hate to complain but the Pot smoke in the hall way was so bad we had to leave. I have kids

Friendly, clean and the pool and hot tub was nice after a long day
