This is a nice place to stay. Very very close to the fall and its environs. Quiet and comfortable. Neat and well-equipped. Walkable distance to the falls. I can't say enough. Glad to have chosen this place to stay with my family. Contained us conveniently. 11 of us!

The location is very convinient but area not so great.

Everything was perfect for me but 2 of my other guest was complaining about bad smell in the blankets

We loved our stay with Niagara Hospitality. Fantastic host, great communication, and the place was exactly as described. The kids and adults enjoyed the time together in this well done up home and felt comfortable and safe. The biggest advantage was the closeness to the falls state park and food options. Yes, there is blight around the house, but this property has been restored very well. It was quiet and a perfect home away from home. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us :) we will surely be back again.

Checkin was easy. Close to everything but sketchy neighborhood with a drug dealer. The place was had plenty of bdrms. Matresses were uncomfortable and the kitchen lacked any kind of counter space. Adding an island in the kitchen would be great. Not enough towels.

House was good, outside was a little bit scary, but really close to all the good areas, yard was not good need work but we used only for hotel

it seem like these people are just getting started it was a lot on this property needed fixes a lot dirty mattresses no mirrors i can go on

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property for a 2-night getaway, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in several ways. From the cleanliness and accuracy of the photos to its convenient location and overall value for the price, this place offered a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The photos provided in the listing accurately represented the property, and I was pleased to find that they truly reflected the reality of the accommodation While the property boasted many bedrooms, it is worth noting that there were only two bathrooms available. This might be a consideration for larger groups or families who value more privacy in terms of bathroom facilities. Overall, my 2-night stay at this property was a positive experience. The neatness and accuracy of the accommodations, combined with the reasonable price and convenient location, made it a worthwhile choice. While the limited number of bathrooms might be a consideration for some, it did not overshadow the overall enjoyment and value provided by this property. I would recommend this place to anyone seeking a comfortable, neat, and reasonably priced stay close to various attractions. Whether you're traveling alone, with family, or in a small group, this property offers a pleasant and convenient base from which to explore and enjoy the local area.

Would recommend this 6 bedroom, 2 full bathroom house. We can tell host put a lot of hard work and thought into the renovation. We love how close it was to the falls (0.7 miles). It was very accommodating.

The surrounding area is not a great neighborhood. There were no blinds in the main floor bedroom. The window was only covered with sheer panels. People were working on the house next door at 1030pm and, I'm sure, could see straight into our room. Outlets on the outside wall of the room did not work. All mattresses and box springs sat directly on the floor. Not all the cute decor and pretty linens shown in the pictures were actually present in the house.

It was clean and very comfortable. Excellent for a family. Outside picnic table perfect for outside dinner.

The inside was clean and newly renovated. It was close to the attractions. Plenty of space inside the house. Older home, so air flow was not the same on main floor and upstairs. Downtown neighborhood, but I would stay there again.

You should improve the lighting of the backyard and the curtain of the longer bathrooms. We find it very cozy and spacious, in a very accessible area. If I come back, it would be our first choice, again.
