Beyond amazing! 1st Time at the Pierre! The best guest care! I was so impressed, I will be back again at the end of the month! My new accommodations when I am in NY! No longer need to stay at my usual place around the corner! Hands down a great stay!

WARNING, the property WILL NOT HONOR EXPEDIA/HOTELS.COM status entitlements. They refused upgrade and late checkout even when the hotel was not very full. This was very disappointing. Otherwise, the hotel is very nice but VIP ACCESS here is a scam.

Some of the staff, notably Britney at the front desk, Willie from security, the doormen, the housekeepers, and the women staffing the elevators, were so lovely and kind. Genuinely wonderful. However, the rest of the front desk staff and concierge staff were disinterested at best and a little rude at worst. The room was lovely. Everything was clean. The stay was just okay, I was just expecting more.
