This is the first time my wife and I stayed on the strip and it was a blast. Not far from walking in any direction for food or the food at the grand lux cafe was great too. We ended up go there a lot. Highly recommended

Stayed in a premium remodeled suite and was just terrific. The lounge food was good not great but service throughout our stay was great. Concert at Venetian theater was great as well as the sphere. We love it here will return

The hotel was beautiful and people very friendly. The early check in was expensive so we declined, we were then offered an upgrade with the fee waived. The upgrade price that was not what we were charged. They never told us that each would also have resort fee added so it was turned out cost us almost $300 more. It would have been cheaper to pay the $100.

The bathtub was dripping. The toilet seat would move every time we stood up. There was no ventilation in the bathroom.
The room phone did not work.
Our bags were delivered 1 hour after we checked in. Every time we called, we were told it would be 15 more minutes.

This location on the strip is great and the Venetian/ Palazzo are great overall.
We were disappointed this trip with some of the service: We are two couples, and we had to drop the girls off at the front dropoff so they could check-in and we could return our rental car.
We dropped them off next to the luggage desk assuming the luggage staff would help the 2 of them - 4 bags and a golf bag. When we returned, we found out that the luggage desk told them to take all the luggage into the front desk and check in first. Then the front desk told them to take the bags back outside to the luggage desk...I dont think its unfair to assume the luggage people would take the luggage immediately while they checked in?!?
I did discuss it with one of the staff when I got back, he seemed perplexed about the situation. Im not sure why this happened...
