Friendliest hotel staff I've ever encountered. Delicious breakfast options. Cracker Barrel in walking distance. Walmart, Target and other such stores right down the street. Located right off the highway. Can get to the airport in under 10 minutes.

I travel a lot, and this was the best hotel accommodations I have experienced in a long time. Bed was very comfortable. Shower and bathroom amenities were very good. Property was very well kept, staff was professional, kind, and caring. The salt water pool was good temperature. There was a 24 hour coffee, tea, and hot chocolate bar. The complimentary breakfast bar was absolutely the best I have had. There were fresh milk bottles, farm fresh yogurt, granola, oatmeal, lots of cereal, fresh omelets, fried potatos, sausage, pancakes with various toppings, fruit, bagels, bread, and more. I give this hotel the highest rating and would definitely stay here again!

My family and I arrived around 10:00PM for a one night stay after visiting Niagara Falls. It was a smooth check in process, the staff were attentive, informative, and kind. The hotel was also clean and quiet. The rooms were also clean and stocked. Breakfast was also good. I would definitely recommend this place.

Overall I give it a 4, the beds were very comfy and the rooms are fairly clean but a little small. The breakfast gets a 1, decent options but it's all tasteless and just meh. The ceilings are also thin and you can hear a pin drop on the next level up.

Hotel was very clean and room was immaculate. Check in was easy as well and staff was very friendly. Only one minor issue - there was a loud banging noise in room ceiling over bathroom, possibly from water pipes. But overall, I’d stay here again

Super staff on the night shift checked us in at 2am and were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Rooms were modern and clean and the AC worked really well. One issue was that the checkout time is midday and despite having the do not disturb on the door the cleaning team was knocking and opening the door as early as 11am, then they came back around 11.50am as we were almost ready to leave. Understanding that they want to complete their job, it was still inconvenient to keep asking them to wait when it wasn’t check-out time yet.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was clean and well kept up. The staff were amazing! Every single person was kind, super friendly and helpful and went above and beyond. Clean room, large shower-room, excellent breakfast both mornings and very helpful staff. Perfect location for our stay, easy to get on the NY State thruway (route 90) to get to downtown Buffalo and further east towards Genesee County. Didn't use the pool or gym but both looked very modern and well maintained.
