The Good:
Comfortable Beds: The beds allowed for restful sleep.
Entertainment Options: TVs equipped with Roku for streaming, though initially unplugged.
The Bad:
Ant Infestation: Ants were present throughout the kitchen, made harder to notice due to dim lighting.
Cluttered Space: The house felt like a personal storage area, filled with the owner's odds and ends.
Thermostat Issues: Inefficient settings caused the house to overheat, wasting energy.
Window Problems: Skylight windows couldn’t be closed, venting AC outside.
Worn Sheets: Sheets had holes, and there were no mattress protectors.
Aging Grill: The grill was functional but in poor condition.
The Ugly:
Black Widow Spiders: Hundreds of black widows at the house, making it unsafe for children.
Uneven Turf: The artificial turf was bumpy, indicating poor installation.
