HORRIBLE PLACE TO STAY AND HORRIBLE WORKERS.

No complaints clean and nice and quiet at night

The hotel is terribly horrible. They dont have housekeeper. They have house keeper once in 2 weeks. No iron, internet is 2G. If you're going for business please and please DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. You will be frustrated. You will schedule an appointment to have an iron to iron your cloth. They tell you to go drop your trash in a dumpster by YOURSELF. If will have to pay if you want them to take it for you. If you need extra towels or linen or bedspread, you will have to pick them up yourself. Lastly, their operation hour is between 9am - 10pm. If you need any service prior 9am or after 10pm, there would be nobody to attend to you. Intending guests, please beware. There are so many nice hotels near them. Hotels.com you need to do a better job in protecting guests that trusted you by booking from your site. Please check your contracts with these hotels whereby guests can check out with full refund if they dont sleep in the hotel. Customer service is key. Stand up for your guests not what you get from hotels.

I didn't like the fact that the place is considered pet friendly, but only allows dogs. Dogs pee and defecate on the floor. I asked if I could bring a baby tortoise still in an aquarium and they said no. I do love staying at this place. It was my second time there. I just wanted to bring my tortoise with me. 😭

Very good service

Great front desk support staff; very friendly, helpful and efficient! Had to remove the waterproof mattress cover because I couldn't sleep! Noisy in the room above and had to call the front desk to ask them to call the room above to quiet down.

This place is not good at all. The manager is rude and hateful. She kicked us out because of my handicap brothers heavy foot.

Great stay

The lift was out of service, and there was constant noise from the vent, which made it difficult to sleep. There was also no one at the front desk when I arrived to check in. I chose this place because it was affordable—now I understand why.

we had arrived very late; and when we checked in someone was able to help us. Other than that we got a refund because the next day we discovered that our bed had a huge pee stain on it.

Weird smell

We stayed at this hotel because our previous hotel sold our room. So this was a very last minute option. Walking into the lobby it smells like months old chewed up bubblegum, which was very off-putting. The elevator was rickety, smelled like vomit , pesticide , and melted crayons. And actually broke down the 2nd day of our stay. The room was not much better. It reeked of stale hot dog water, and wet dog. I still do not understand how you can have people checking in every day, but housekeeping only comes once every 2 weeks.

Elevator did t work and the water pressure wasn't good

I booked a weekend trip to Dallas expecting a comfortable stay, but this hotel was anything but accommodating. The elevator was broken, meaning I had to carry my luggage up four flights of stairs—only to find that my room was the furthest from the stairs. To make things worse, on the second night before checkout, I got locked out of my room in the middle of the night, and the hotel staff was unhelpful and slow to resolve the issue. For the price I paid, I expected far better service. I’ve stayed at hotels for half the price with way more accommodations and better hospitality. The staff seemed indifferent, and the overall experience was frustrating. Definitely not worth the money. I won’t be staying here again.

Clean and plenty of space with full kitchen. Wished they had 4 pillows instead of just 3 to make the comfort rating 5 stars.
