The hotel had a lot of shady people hanging outside. I actually witnessed a drug transaction. I tv in the room was not working and the guy at the front desk said theirs nothing he can do about it. I asked him would I get any kind of discount for the inconvenience and he told me that I can get my money back and leave. When I checked out the next morning, the young lady at the front desk was very nice and professional

My room was roach infested, where I treated room myself. Room hasn’t been detailed due to all spider webs. This place is not for tourists it’s for the locals, no hangers to hang clothes a lot of loitering from people who weren’t guests at the hotel. I was given a dirty iron and board to use very unacceptable, so I purchased my own iron to use for the duration of my trip. Ms. S at the front desk made every effort to accommodate me from check in to out. Ms. S was very professional and assertive when handling my concerns.

My stay was terrible the place stinks and when you walk in the hallway it smells like straight cigarettes inside the building outside around the building smells like dog poop and people hanging around the building smoking playing dice or fighting/fusing. The lady at front desk is nice nasty with an attitude and they charged me for internet I did not use! The room was dusty and I got stuffy and sick horrible! I won’t ever go back or recommend anyone to go there to that location.

Reception is left unattended many times during the night, they do not provide DND decals, suspicious deals going on outside and inside property, slow and humid hot elevator. THIS DESERVES 0 STARS BUT I DONT SEE THAT OPTION.

I don't leave reviews, but I feel it's important for the safety of others to write it. It is unsafe, I felt I had to hide and run to my run every time I left or was back. The rugs are filthy, the rooms smell bad. I did not sleep for my whole stay. The walls are thin, and I could hear everything all night and all morning long. I had no choice than to stay there as everything else around the conference I went to was booked.
There are men smoking pot completely out of it all around the building, at the entrance and all-round the property. I could hear slamming doors, couples fighting, moving furniture and things I won't bother typing.
You have to know that front desk staff leaves by 11:00pm and there is no one but a phone number to call in case of any issues. No security on staff. It was one of the worst experiences of my life. Please, for your safety, do not stay here!

Smelled of cigarette smoke, no doorknob on the bathroom door, some of the floor molding was coming undone, bed was very uncomfortable and the noise level outside, next door and above me was too much. Very loud until past midnight.. fridge hand was sticky and disgusting…horrible, will not stay there again. I will also give horrible reviews on all social media

This place is not really that safe. The area has a lot of sketchy people that just hangout in the parking lot. Someone was accusing someone else of stealing their clothes when we were checking in. There was a lot of foot traffic in the parking lot and one day I woke up to someone throwing things out of their vehicle in the parking lot. The blankets were stained and gross. The shower was broken and so was the sink. If you are in a bind and need some place to stay, it’s okay for that but do not plan your stay in the area with this hotel.
