The room was run down. Shower was dirty. Hairs all over bathroom. Never recoved new sheets or towels and when asked for them was told it was my fault i left the do not disturb on door. However we did not have a doo not disturb placard in the room. Carpet was comimg up, layer of grime in bathroom and on fixtures. Hallways were not air conditioned and hotel was in the 80s+. Elevators out of service and one in service was in rough shape.

Basic fix your own breakfast placed on the counter that doubles as the bar area . They advertise hot breakfast and bar area no housekeeping to change towels or trash. Shuttle bus only went to the airport.

Absolutely disgusting hotel. It’s beaten up and run down. All four floors were incredibly hot in the commons areas and the rooms wouldnt get cold. In a heat wave! The walls are filled with holes and chips and scratched/ flaked paint. The breakfast bar had roaches. The bed linens had makeup on them from a previous guest and there was hair in the bathtub. The toilet was running all night and the carpets were wet and sticky. Absolutely disgusting

I appreciated the morning breakfast, however I feel like the interior of the hotel was in poor condition. First of all, only one elevator worked that was on the opposite end of the building. Secondly, the ice machine didn’t have ice the two days that we were there we were told by customer service that the ice machine on the fourth floor had ice, and we were on the third. The elevator buttons didn’t light up the hallways were way too hot, including the one elevator, and for these reasons, I am giving the hotel a one star. Wyndham hotels have got to do better.

Dirty rooms , short staffed, individually owned hotel so it does not have to meet up to the standards or expectations of Wyndham hotels, à manger at the front desk informed me. Poor customer service . There was Issues with hotel phones being out of order at property so staff could not respond to customer need for shuttle service pick up from the airport I waited at tge airport for over an hour hotel I was offered a ride from another hotel shuttle service to the property . I left numerous message via email and no one from hotel responded . There is no security at the door so strangers walked in from off the street. The hotel didn’t honor water bottles being provided in room per night which was stated in amenities for my room reservation . I was offered tap water from the lobby. Short staffing, my room I requested wasn’t ready when I arrived. The first room I was given had a bad odor and second room moved to wasn’t cleaned properly. The hotel amenities are not in good conditions and door to my hotel room never closed properly and elevator wasn’t working properly. Jumping motion after arriving to and from floors. Horrible experience and never again.

Check in was simple except issues with using the only forms of payment I had at the time (chime and cashapp) there are issues with the deposit refund but I had no issues with using mine. The hallways were very warm and muggy but the rooms were nice and chilled. No TV guide available so I had to channel surf. All other amenities and condition of the room were average and comfortable. Staff was pleasant and helpful. My daughter left her Chromebook in the room when we checked out after we had to extend our stay another 2 nights (easy and kept our same room) and when we called they actually had it since housekeeping turned it in and they offered to ship it to us which was very nice and showed the integrity of the staff. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

The staff was absolutely amazing, the hotel itself is old, dilatated and antiquated. Checked in and my door wouldn't close and had to move to another room. The hallways and all the rooms smelt like wet carpet. ALL the furniture was peeling and old and even the so called room decor had rust on them. Wasn't much they could do, but the front desk staff was truly understanding.
